Welcome to 387 King & Prince! This nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa located ocean front at the King and Prince Resort directly next to the resort hotel. The vintage Ralph Lauren decor offers a soothing tranquil feeling, one that you would expect on vacation .The living area is spacious, and airy, featuring comfortable furniture to relax in while you take in the breathtaking ocean view, watch your favorites on the wall mounted flat screen TV. The 3 large bedrooms are arranged with 2 master suites, each offering a King sized bed, and one guest room offering a Queen sized bed - perfect for couples.

Guests at King & Prince 387 have access to a private courtyard pool for Villas residents and guests.

Please Note: While this unit does have access to the association pool it does not have access to King and Prince owned amenities such as the main resort pool or tennis courts. Should you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to us!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants. Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc are not permitted.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay - especially the back patio. Rooms and kitchen were fine and property was clean. Lots of toys, puzzles and games.

Location location location!

The view of the ocean from 2/3 bedrooms and King and Prince Resort access overcomes this units desperate need to be renovated.

Brinson Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and really enjoy staying here. Condo has beach chairs, pool toys and blow up mattress's for use. Will stay here again. The only downside is that with this condo is you cannot not use the pools in front of the K&P, still a great unit for a vacation

Family Vacation 2023

This property was great for my family and me. It was clean, in a great location, and convenient. The kitchen and bathrooms were outdated, but many at this resort are. The biggest downfall was that you didn't have access to the main resort pool. We enjoyed the small pool, but would have liked to spend time at the larger pools as well because they have fun activities for the kids. I would book this room again!

We love to hear that you would return to this property! Unfortunately not all properties at the King and Prince have access to the main pool. This is noted in the property description as we don't want anyone to be disappointed. So glad you enjoyed the other amenities!

Awesome location and great resort

Not the owner's fault, but the only pool we had access to was closed the entire time we were there. Our two kids were super bummed about that, but we made them enjoy the beach. Can't say that wad the easiest thing ever, for a vacation. A couple or little cleaning issues, but man, this is a top notch property and location. I think we just had bad luck with the pool being shut down for the entirety of our stay.

Comfortable and pleasant

This property was comfortable and clean, but is in need of a renovation. Appliances and fixtures are old and leaky. Furniture is worn and visibly dingy. A key pad for the front door would be very helpful. Keeping up with a key at the beach is a challenge!

Family Getaway

Location was good. Big balcony with great views. Condo is large but outdated. Carpeting was dirty and slip covers on living room furniture were stained. One bedroom had lumpy mattress and no light bulb in lamp. We would stay at King & Prince again but not that unit. Friends in a different unit had an updated lovely condo.

Long Weekend

We have stayed at the K&P for as long as I can remember. It's a great location and the upgrades to the main lobby area are very nice. However, the condos are all individually owned. Some are modern and up to date, some seem to be straight out of the 80's. Ours had a fresh coat of white paint on the living room floor and not much else had been updated. The bathrooms and kitchen look like they have original tile. Having said all this - Yes, I would stay there again. Two other issues. Hodnett Cooper does not make the rental process particularly easy. You do have to go to the rental office to pick up a key (I understand the lock belongs to the owner). They are also not so responsive. We had a few minor issues when we checked - some louvered doors were off the tracks, no hand towels and no toilet paper holder in a bathroom. There's no one to call if you check in after 5:00, the earliest you can check in is 4:00. I did find an "emergency" number, but this was hardly an emergency. I called and left a message, and they promptly called me back the next morning. However, it took three more phone calls to get the minor issues resolved. Last note, it clearly states in the listing that the K&P amenities are not part of their rental. They don't explain what that means. You are not allowed to use the large pool that overlooks the ocean or any other amenities. The amenities are what make this place worth going to. Again, the place is fine. Clean, no bugs, a nice view!

Spacious Condo with the Best Resort Amenities

Bedrooms are a nice size. Love that all 3 bedrooms have a full Bathroom. Ocean view is great. Kitchen has everything you need. Enjoyed the large dining room table. Amenities are the best at The King and Prince.
