It was such a nice house & great area. Everything was so smooth and easy with the host. I have traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of places, this was the easiest home i have stayed in. The event made the homes more expensive then what I see it normally goes for. But it fit all 6 of us well and we had plenty of room.

The house was very clean, nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The owner responded back right away to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with good parking. Communications with the host was excellent both before and during our visit. The property will sleep 6 via 3 bedrooms. The property has very nice washer and dryer which work well as does the HVAC system. The Property does need some maintenance and some items that would improve the stay.-replacing or installing lights in various rooms-adding a room or night stand lamp in one of the bedrooms as the fan light is the only light source.-providing kitchen sink drain stoppers-the king bed mattress has developed a dip in the right side so replacement is probably needed.-the inside of the dishwasher needs a through cleaning along the seals-including wash cloths for the two bathrooms would be beneficial.As the property sleeps up to six, having a table inside to have a meal would be nice. Currently there are 3 bar chais along the kitchen peninsula countertop but no table that can sit 4-6 people. There is a table outside that will sit 6 and that can be used. The kitchen is fairly well stocked for cooking meals.

Great place to stay

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within 5 miles.

This house was great and exactly what we needed. Our house was being renovated and we had to move out completely for 5 days. We packed up what we can to include our 2 dogs, 1 Rottweiler and 1 Frenchie. Even though the backyard was a little small for the dogs to move around the park was a 1 min walk away. Everything was so close and convenient. The house was clean and everything was in great working condition. The owner answered any questions we had and was easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!

I checked in, and there was hair in the sinks. There was around the tub in the bathtub. There was dirt on the stairs on the rugs, dog hair, the rugs and everything were not the rugs in the pictures. The pictures of the backyard were different. There was no outdoor couches or anything.

Outstanding stay- great location + great home!

This was the perfect 4 night stay while we were in town for a swim meet. Location was perfect— centrally located in lovely neighborhood w parks & trails. House was spotless and well stocked. Donovan was an outstanding host— very responsive if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Yes, the property was welcome to pets. There were some issues with cleanliness in terms of the stove having grease splatter on it and utensils being dirty (and needing a wash). There were also lights that didn't work. But, these are all fixable problems and nothing serious. Overall, it's a good place to rent. It's in a good location, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there are nice walking trails nearby.

The house was very dirty when we arrived. We spent a significant amount of time cleaning and even had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies ourselves. The bathrooms had urine stains, and the floors were extremely dirty.We were unable to use anything in the kitchen because there was dog hair everywhere, including on the sofas and tables. We had to clean the entire house ourselves because the conditions were unacceptable, and we no longer had enough time to look for alternative accommodations.In addition, the closet was filled with dog-related items and had a very unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness of the property was far below expectations and made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

Great location, nice living room and comfortable beds

The owner/manager was great to communicate with; the location was great and the beds were nice. Products inside the give for soap abs washing dishes were poor quality- seemed watered down. We had to re-wash cleaned dishes before using them. The living room space was nice and nice to eat outside on the patio!

The property location was very convenient; the capitol building and several shopping locations were less than 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and seemed very safe. The property itself was nice, clean, and spacious; the living room and kitchen are on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on the second. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and pleasing. Make sure to contact the owner for the door code before you arrive.
