Completely renovated with taste, La Perla is a warm and bright flat located on the 2ᵉ floor of a small typical building (no lift). Ideal for 2 to 4 people, it offers a cosy setting just 500 metres from Santa Pola's main beaches.
You will find a beautiful, modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, opening onto a comfortable living room with a convertible sofa bed for two people and a connected TV. Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms ensure maximum comfort in summer.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a walk-in shower.
The flat is very well appointed, pleasant to live in and ideal for a relaxing stay by the sea.
Parking is easy on the street.
## Access
Travellers will have access to the entire LA PERLA flat, located on the 2nd floor of a quiet residential building (with lift). On arrival, one of our city managers will welcome you in person to hand over the keys, show you around the flat and answer any initial questions you may have. A warm welcome to get your stay off to a great start!

La Perla is ideally located just 500 metres from Santa Pola's main beaches, in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for enjoying the sea, restaurants, cafés and local shops on foot.
Santa Pola is a charming seaside resort known for its lively port, sandy beaches, local markets and numerous water sports activities. You can also discover the salt marshes, take a boat trip to the island of Tabarca, or simply stroll along the seafront.
The flat is just 30 minutes from Alicante, accessible by car or bus - ideal for a day trip!
## Transit
ACCESS AND TRANSPORT
The flat is easily accessible by car, with free on-street parking.
From Alicante airport (about 15-20 minutes by car), you can reach Santa Pola by taxi, hire car or shuttle bus.
Santa Pola town centre, beaches, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, so you can do it all without a car if you like!
There are also regular bus services to Alicante, Elche and the surrounding area.
