Beautifully furnished in a comfy coastal style with a queen sized sleeper sofa and love seat. There's a swivel chair for extra seating, too. The kitchen has a beach view, too. It is well equipped, so you can prepare a gourmet meal or quick breakfast, lunch or a special snack. A full-sized refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave are included. Dishes, pots, pans, flatware, blender, coffee maker, and more are provided for your convenience!

The spacious Seaside Retreat Main Suite with its elegant decor has a comfy king-sized bed, an en-suite bath that offers a separate dressing area with a double vanity with plenty of storage space. You'll love the large soaking tub. This bathroom is updated and very modern.

The Coastal Escape Guest Bedroom Suite offers a queen-sized bed and twin over twin bunk bed with a twin sized trundle bed. The guest bedroom also has an adjoining full bath with a tub-shower combo & single vanity. This bathroom also opens onto the great room and is very convenient for those sleeping on the sleeper sofa.

All bedrooms have their own TVs, high thread count luxury bed linens and fluffy pillows. Soft, absorbent high-quality bathroom towels, and kitchen towels are all included, you'll feel right at home! There is a full size washer & dryer in the hallway closet and an iron and ironing board provided so you can always look your best.

Parking is available in throughout the Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.
