With a magnificent sea view, this apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator can accommodate 4 people. It is located in the city center, immediately close to the beach, the sea, shops, and very close to the port and summer entertainment.
It consists of a beautiful air-conditioned living room with a convertible sofa opening onto a large terrace, a bedroom with a sea view, a shower room with a toilet, and a separate kitchen. 2 TVs.
The terrace is approximately 11 m², sheltered by an awning. Collective parking.
A very pleasant and well-equipped apartment.
Small pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is granted and if they are well-behaved and clean.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
The final cleaning is extra at a price of €50.
The security deposit upon arrival is €700.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, the rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).
Charges are included.
The deposit is 25%.
The apartment must be returned in impeccable condition, including the kitchen area, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited.
