This 3BR, 2BA Rockport house sleeps 8 - offering an open layout, chef’s kitchen and modern coastal furnishings. The interior was recently renovated. Lounge by the shared pool, or let the kids run around at the playground. Local eats, family attractions, and a boat ramp are minutes away.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

With a pastel coral exterior and a quaint front porch adorned with rocking chairs, this chic costal home charms its guests before they even step inside. Park 2 cars in the covered driveway, and head on in.

Wood vinyl flooring and natural light flow throughout the open layout. The chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, pristine white cabinetry, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with 3 stools, and share home-cooked meals around a modern farmhouse table set for 6.

After fun-filled days in the Texas sun, kick back on a 4-seat sectional sofa to channel surf on a 55” smart TV with Roku capability. In the center of the living area, a circular coffee table houses 4 pullout, ottoman-style seats, offering the perfect setup for a round of cards or a family board game.

A hallway off the living area leads to 3 sunny bedrooms, a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a washer/dryer.

Retreat to the master bedroom and watch a 43” flat-screen TV with Roku capability from a luxurious king bed. Crisp white linens, ocean blue accent pillows and a modern wicker headboard create a beachy and inviting atmosphere. The bedroom includes a large closet and an en suite bathroom with a marble vanity and tub/shower combination.

In the 2nd bedroom, the kids can climb into 4 twin bunk beds and enjoy their very own movie night on a 43” wall-mounted TV with Roku capability.

The 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed, 2 bedside tables and a 43” wall-mounted TV with Roku capability. Unpack your bags in the closet and make yourself at home.

THE LOCATION

Launch a boat just 5 minutes down the road, and spend the morning fishing in the bay. Then, drive 10 minutes to Rockport Harbor to relax on the beach, visit the aquarium, or soak up some Gulf Coast history at the Texas Maritime Museum.

When you’re ready to indulge in authentic Texas cuisine, head over to Mac’s Pit Barbecue, a 5-minute drive away, for classic eats.

Later, stop in for dinner at Paradise Key a dockside bar and grill just a mile from your door. Enjoy burgers, seafood, and tropical drinks from a waterfront deck perched right on the cove.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
