LIVING AREA
Unwind into vacation mode on the large sectional and armchair in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the 62” flat-screen TV. Or play a card game at the table for four.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will love the sleek kitchen, equipped with a farm sink, 36” flat-screen TV, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
While dinner simmers, perch at the island bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table, which seats six.
BED & BATH
This two-story condo sleeps up to 8 guests in four suites.
Find ultimate comfort in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed, a lounge area with two armchairs and an 80” TV with DVD, and direct balcony access. The en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Sleep soundly in the second suite, outfitted with a king bed and a 40” flat-screen TV. The en-suite second bathroom -- also accessible via the hallway -- comes with a tub/shower combination.
The third suite features a king bed, 48” flat-screen TV, direct balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fourth suite has a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a 42” TV with DVD, and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Bring your racquet and play tennis on the courts, located steps from your door.
In the evening, cook burgers on the charcoal grill and dine alfresco at the outdoor table for four on your private patio.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two cars in the open lot next to the unit.
Access to the unit is via a flight of nine steps from the parking area.
The fireplace in the living room is not operational.
THE LOCATION
Splash in the sparkling community pool with a waterslide feature, located right across the street. (The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.)
Venture out to explore nearby hiking and biking trails scattered throughout the community.
Head over to Ranch Road 620 to discover a selection of eating, dining, and entertainment options (3 miles).
Dock your boat at Rough Hollow Yacht Club, just a 5-minute drive away.
Tee off at Falconhead Golf Club (5 miles).
Drive to downtown Austin for culture, cuisine, music, and entertainment (22 miles). For a bustling promenade of restaurants, music venues, and pubs, head to Rainey Street.

Please note: The Lakeway Swim Center pool does require an admission fee. This fee is based on visitors' age but ranges less than $10 per person.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
