The Cocoonr Agency offers this 48 m² flat that can accommodate 4 people at the entrance to Le Grand-Bornand. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), this flat has a living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The flat is laid out as follows:
- A fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc.) opening onto the living room with a dining area
- A living room with a sofa bed and TV
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (1 single bed 90x190 and a double bed 140x190). This bedroom does not have a window
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A 14 m² balcony with views of the Aravis mountains, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long.
- A private ski locker is available on the ground floor of the residence

Located at the entrance to the village of Le Grand-Bornand, this charming, high-end flat is in a recent residence facing the Aravis mountain range.
