The Resort Fee has to be added after the reservation is complete in VRBO. Please make sure to enter the total number of guests 6 years or older on your reservation.

The Resort Fee provides free access to Outdoor & Indoor Heated Pools (Upper Athletic Center Outdoor Pool & Indoor Pool are heated year-round), Tennis/Pickleball, and the Fitness Center including yoga and Peloton studio, and kids/teen area during standard operation hours. The fee also provides access to schedule (at an additional cost) golf, driving range, spa, horseback riding, and bicycle rental. 🎉🔒

Guests renting through private cabin owners do not have access to golf cart rentals for resort transportations (golf carts are available on the golf course).

Booking through VRBO? No worries! After completing your reservation, simply add the Resort Fee to enjoy everything Brasada Ranch has to offer. 🛌🍽️
