Welcome to this beautiful 82 m² , located on the ground floor (no elevator). Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location in a quiet street near Le Sentier, Le Marais, and Les Halles, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the city.
The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable living room equipped with a non-convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a large table that can seat up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils, and dishes.
The accommodation comprises two bedrooms, each carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquility.
The queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so that you can settle in comfortably.
There is two bathrooms with 2 showers and a bathtub.
There is also a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
The toilet is included in the bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.
The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.
Renting this apartment requires the signing of a lease, which is a legal obligation to be fulfilled in parallel with the reservation made. Rentals are for a minimum of 30 days.
All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
