Our lovely 2019 home is perfectly located for a relaxing vacation, just a short drive (3.9 mi) to the BEAUTIFUL Manasota beach and 6mi to historic Venice beach known for its soft powdery sand and abundance of seashells, where one might also find some sharks teeth. The city’s skyline looks glorious from the shoreline, and along the coast, you will find plenty of cafes and restaurants to sit out at and relax the day away.

The host provides 5 star cleaning and disinfecting services and follows Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol.

Please note, we have security cameras outdoors and in the garage. We have 1 camera in front of the house, doorbell camera, 1 camera in the backyard, also 1 camera located inside the garage. These are motion detection cameras. All the cameras are in use and recording video 24/7 during your stay.

Garage off limits and locked.

Trash pick up is every Friday. Lawn services and pest control services usually come once a month. They use back of the house access to the backyard.

Guests with no reviews will be subject to $500 refundable deposit. Refund after check out.
