Come enjoy Morro Bay in this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is located only .02 miles, or 1 block from the beach and an easy walk to the sand! There is also a private reserve behind, so no rear neighbors! Home has been completely updated throughout, and is ready to accommodate you and your guests. Each bedroom features Queen sized beds and there is also a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa, so you can easily sleep 8. Each bedroom has a door leading outside to a large gorgeous deck with ocean views. Perfect to enjoy after a day of adventures! Come and enjoy Morro Bay in this beautiful vacation rental!

Second stay and looking forward to returning

This was our second time staying here. The house is updated and clean. We really like the ceiling fans in every room. We did not really use the kitchen this time but it is stocked with everything you would need. Location is convenient. Neighborhood is quiet. We looked forwarded to coming back and staying here again!

Clean/cute/convient

The little house is small but has everything you would need. We had 5 adults and was comfortable. Suggestions would only be adding a blanket to bedding (not just top sheet and comforter)-we were cold or too hot during the night. Tile around shower at door needs to be looked into; bit sharp edge on right. Loved the simple decor and house was clean. Thank you

Do you like ants?

Pros: very cute, remodeled, quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors Cons: Ants were everywhere. Living room, couches, kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, dining room table. Myself and the kids were bitten by ants during our first day after sitting on the couch. I pulled out my iPhone light and saw the couch was covered in ants. My 4 year old dropped a cookie crumb on the dining room bench and it had a mound of ants 3 hours after everyone went to bed. I would only sit on the bed, where the ants couldn’t get to. Conclusion: We reached out to the owner/host and they said “the cleaners didn’t mention ants, but there is bug spray in the kitchen. Sorry for the inconvenience.” The town is just beautiful and just a walk to the beach. People were so friendly and patient with us out-of-towners. I wouldn’t stay at this house again but wouldn’t hesitate to stay in the neighborhood again.

Wedding weekend getaway

We considered hotel rooms for my nieces wedding but I am so glad we decided to rent this house instead. The 3 large rooms were perfect for myself, my mother and my aunt and uncle. We loved the shared deck and the amenities. The house was so nicely decorated and everything from the fixtures to the furnishings were both stylish and comfortable.

Enjoyed a wonderful week

Our party of 8 was very pleased. The house was very clean. Plenty of pans, sharp knives, soft beds, nice linens, lots of towels. The kitchen was a good size, room to sit in the living room, TV was large and sharp, nice outside area with gas-flame table, 5 min walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood.

Weekend stay

We stayed here for 2 nights. The property is in a nice neighborhood, seems like the house is newly renovated; it’s in a nice location, walking distance to the beach. It is well-stocked with supplies. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, she was very prompt with her responses! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break

We had the best stay at this property for spring break. I can’t say enough about how great the property is. From reading the description I knew it was across the highway from the water but that doesn’t do it justice. It’s a very short walk over to the beach. It’s a great location! It’s right off the highway but you don’t get the loud highway noise. It’s very well equipped but my favorite part is how clean the house is. It was awesome! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We will be back!

Better than advertised! Super clean, new & so comfortable!

We were in area for a wedding in Santa Margarita and this was perfect vs staying in hotel. We wanted to come in early & stay late coming from east coast so this was a great find!! Absolute gem.

Family visit from the UK to find a beautifully presented home on the edge of Morro Bay. Immaculately clean, with everything you could possibly need - even down to spare personal care items courtesy of the host. Nice, quiet neighbourhood, close to the ocean and local amenities and only a 10-minute drive to central Morro Bay. Clear, concise communication with the host. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Everything you could want!

We had such a beautiful stay at this Property! It’s a short drive to Morro Rock, our kids loved the place! Every little detail is wonderfully planned, and the house is as stocked as one could hope for. Quiet, sunny, a perfect stay for our family. We’ll be back for sure.

Hello, My name is Tracie Miller. I am Married, 18 years, and have 2 sons, ages 17 and 14. My home is in Bakersfield, CA but we have always loved coming to the central coast. When this home became available, we decided to take a leap and join the beach life! We own many homes that we rent out long term. I decided to share this home with others as a short term rental so they can enjoy it too!

We purchased this home and immediately fell in love with the area and Morro Bay! My husband and I and our 2 boys, ages 17 and 14, enjoy adventure and activities and there is so much to do! There area many hiking trails near by as well as many sights to see!

Our home backs up to a reserve so there are no rear neighbors, just an amazing view of the ocean from the gorgeous back deck to enjoy the sunset while sitting around the fire pit. You will not be disappointed! Also, our home is located almost directly in between downtown Morro and Cayucos, just a short drive in either direction.
