Very private and charming one bedroom apartment situated at the end of a residential street in Sheffield Terrace, a quiet residential neighborhood. The only people who come down that block live there. The unit features a very large eat-in kitchen, very large living room w/42” TV & large sectional sofa that has an attached chaise lounge, bedroom w/queen bed, your own washer & dryer, your own private driveway, free WiFi & your own Alexa. Pets allowed w/additional fee, on a case by case basis.

Space:
You will have this entire one bedroom apartment all to yourself. It sleeps four comfortably, as it has a queen size bed in the bedroom as well as a huge sectional sofa with attached chaise lounge in the living room. Unit also has its own washer and dryer.

Nice and quiet, At the end of a dead end street so no traffic issues to worry about. Clean, Has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Comfortable with easy access

It was perfect for me...spacious, but affordable. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Everything I needed was close by. Dark and quiet at night...just the way I like it.

Perfect stay

My husband and I stayed here for a month and it was very nice. Ms. Jodi has went out of her way to make sure that you have everything you will need. There is a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, the bed is so comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the balcony listening to nature. I would recommend this property for sure. There are so many pleasantries, but won't ruin the surprises.

Great place to stay!

My family and I stayed here while in the process of moving to a new home. It was very clean and conveniently located for us. I actually had to extend my stay and Jodi made sure to accommodate us and go above and beyond. Both of her propertieswe stayed at were very clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed for everyday living was available to us and Jodi made sure to let us know to contact her if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend her properties for anyone needing a place to stay in the area. Everything was very well maintained and organized, and there wasn't anything I needed that was not available to me!!

Filthy and broken down

We've booked many vrbo properties in the past and this is the worst place. We walked in to lighted scented candles in every room to cover the dog poop smell. That was a red flag already. Dining room and bedroom ceiling lights don't work and blinds in the living room wouldn't close...so no privacy. Sofa, queen bed and carpet and entire place reeked of dog manure. We booked and paid for 4 nights but could only stayed 1st night because this place was so disgusting. Bathtub was dirty. Towels and sheets were not clean. We scrambled to book a hotel for the remaining 3 nights and it was so clean with free breakfast at a cheaper nightly rate. After this experience, we will not book another vrbo in the near or distant future. Vrbo should really screen each property listed for basic cleanliness and functionality.

It was a surprise to find out you were unhappy or that you left after the first night because you never once contacted me or expressed any unhappiness. I was hoping for a different response to my leaving work early to light all of the 12 candles in the apartment and getting you a bottle of Cotes De Rhône rated 93 points on Wine Spectator as a warm and hospitable welcome. I do that for all of my guests and am sorry it was wasted on you. I just started with VRBO six months ago, but was a SUPER HOST on another popular vacation rental property. Filthy? Dirty bedding? Appalling lies. You have the nerve to say this after you didn’t remove the pillow shams before sleeping on the pillows leaving lipstick all over them and leaving throw-up in the garbage can. I can only deduct that you have to be a very nasty and narcissist person to spew such vitriol, or else this was personal. The apartment was spotless when you arrived and i personally washed all of the bedding myself. Smelling like dog poop?? Ridiculous.

Filthy Smelly Disgusting & Bugs

We paid it forward. Demand a discount if foolish enough to book. We paid for 28 nights and only stayed 2! Wish we could post pictures that aren’t cropped. Burning candles are not for atmosphere—they are there to mask. Done with Vrbo and Expedia after this horrible experience.

What everyone loves about this property is the privacy. It is quite quiet and charming and no one ever knows you are there. It is also surrounded by woods and greenery which makes it extremely peaceful and quiet. And with a retired PA State Trooper living next door for the past 30 years, you will be as safe as can be :-) This unit is 15 mins from the Pittsburgh Airport, 12 mins from the Shell cracker plant, and 30 mins from downtown Pittsburgh.
