The cottage is located next to a private lake and a small water channel. There are 5 other house located in this private neighborhood. We also have 4 newly built treehouses on the property. There are two shared hot tubs. There are 2 parking spots right in front of the cottage for guests use. We recommend renting a car preferably an AWD and 4 wheel drive to visit all the unique places around Fairbanks. Cabs, Lyfts and Ubers are also available.
This cottage has an open floor plan. The main floor has a gorgeous kitchen with a gold farmhouse sink, tile backsplash and black stainless steel appliances with a dining table that seats 6. An open living room with plenty of seating with a pullout queen hid a bed. The bathroom is also on the main floor with a giant sauna shower and private washer and dryer. When you walk up the spiral staircase you will find a comfy queen bed, 2 twin beds and a built in hammock. Relax in the hammock that hangs over the living room and enjoy this unique space.
