Gilmore House

We are located off of historic Gilmore Trail appx. 10 miles north of Fairbanks. Our cute 3b.r.- 1 bath home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is perfect for anyone who is interested in exploring the Last Frontier at your own pace. We have a large deck located on the 2nd floor and a large front porch, both overlooking the historic Gold filled hills north of town. Great for watching the Northern Lights or enjoying the Midnight Sun! The kitchen has pots & pans, dishes, silverware, baking pans, cake pans etc. and we always provide, with our compliments, a food *'Starter Kit' with things like Bacon & Eggs & OJ plus a variety of condiments, salad dressings, spices, and more, plus some snacks & bottled water. In the freezer there are always a couple of pizzas! *(Gluten /Dairy free options available upon request with advanced notice). So much easier than trying to find a Grocery store before you've even had a chance to get settled in! With a little notice, we can pick you up or drop you off at the Airport or Train Depot. We are Pet friendly & have water & food bowls & a blanket for your fur babies. We live next door, so no matter what time of year you come to Alaska, we are always available should you need anything & we will do our absolute best to make sure you and your family & friends have a great visit! No matter where you choose to stay, whether with us or elsewhere, we hope you have a wonderful time in Alaska!
