From the apartment, set off for bike rides along the lake, enjoy water activities (swimming, paddleboarding, wakeboarding), explore the hiking trails of the Semnoz, or be charmed by Annecy’s old town. Thrill-seekers can also try paragliding over the lake.

Transport :
Regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop near the apartment, provide easy access to Annecy city center (approx. 40 minutes) and nearby beaches (5–20 minutes).
Geneva International Airport is about 1h15 away by car. Bus services and private shuttles also connect Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or ride-hailing services.
If you come by car, you will have a private parking space in the residence. Public parking is also available nearby if needed.
