- Bedroom 2 : queen-size bed (160 cm), small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 cm) that can be joined to form a double, small balcony with city view, built-in wardrobe.
- Bathroom 1: Italian-style shower, double washbasins, and WC.
- Bathroom 2: shower and washbasin.

Note: To access the elevator, you must climb five steps.

Transport
- Regular SIBRA bus lines just outside the apartment provide easy access to the lakeside and ski resorts (Semnoz, La Clusaz).
- Geneva International Airport is around 38 minutes by car. Bus connections and private shuttles also link Geneva to Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend taxis or private transfers.
- Please note: the apartment does not include a private parking space. Public parking is available at Parking de la Poste located at the foot of the building, or on outdoor spaces in front of the residence (paid).
