- A bathroom with a lake view, equipped with a washbasin and a bath with shower screen.
- Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase: spacious living room with a beautiful lake view, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed. Separate WC.
- Dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Sleeping area:
- Double sofa bed on mezzanine
- A private bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm) on the ground floor with access to the terrace.

Outside area :
- Fully equipped 16m2 terrace.

Additional facilities:
-Wi-Fi, washing machine, private parking secured by a gate, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

- The flat is ideally located on the heights of Veyrier-du-lac, a 30-minute walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path 2 minutes away
- Shops: Supermarket, newsagent, bakery, butcher, florist, bank, etc. 30 minutes' walk away.

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Transport :
- The regular SIBRA bus routes, with a stop located close to the flat (200 metres, Ramponnet stop) , make it easy to reach Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 50 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available under the chalet.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
