The Cocoonr agency offers this modern and bright apartment for rent in the heart of the village of Saint-Jorioz, located in a recent and quiet residence. You will enjoy its south-facing exposure and its large private garden of 300 mÂČ, ideal for children and family stays.
Located on the ground floor with a private garage and secure bicycle storage, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Living area:
- Entrance hall with large storage cupboard and separate toilet / spacious with washbasin
- Cosy living room with sofa, armchairs, television and local decorations
- Cosy dining area with table for 4 people
- Modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine)
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190), chest of drawers and storage space
- Bedroom with bunk beds and 1.20 m single sofa bed

- 300 mÂČ private garden with deckchairs and table for 4 people (plancha grill, small electric barbecue)
