The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming loft with a shared swimming pool for rent in Tourtrès. It has a surface area of 28 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 14 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy shared grounds of approximately 6,000 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet
Please note that the owners live on site, and the grounds and pool are shared with them.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: gas barbecue, high chair, cot.
Outside:
- Shared, unheated 9×4.5 m swimming pool, open from May 1 to October 31. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
- A 12 m² wooden terrace on shared 6,000 m² grounds with garden furniture, sun loungers, and parasol to enjoy sunny days. It is also equipped with two outdoor power outlets.
- A second 6 m² terrace at the entrance to the accommodation.
The apartment is ideally located in Tourtrès, in a very pleasant environment. You will find all the essential shops nearby.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Marmande SNCF train station, about 21 minutes by car (12.8 miles)
- Nearest airport: Bergerac Dordogne Périgord Airport, about 42 minutes by car (29.5 miles) - Bordeaux Airport, about 1 hour and 22 minutes by car (72 miles)
