This 2,371 sq. ft. house has room for 8, with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a backyard haven with a private heated pool (extra cost), putting green, and several different outdoor seating areas with an outdoor (smart) television, propane gas fire pit and large natural gas BBQ grill. Close to the Cactus League Spring Training baseball fields, Uptown Alley, Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, multiple golf courses, and many more activities!

We would appreciate visitors being respectful and quiet after 9pm. No parking overnight in street. No parking in gravel at any time. You may be fined.
Garbage to be put out in the street/near curb every Sunday night or before you leave. Turn off lights and put AC to where it was when you arrived.
No indoor furniture is to be taken outside. There are towels for the pool, do no use bath towels. Outdoor security cameras are on property.

The house layout was perfect for our group of 6 and the pool was fantastic as it was very hot. The neighborhood was nice for walks with a park right behind the house and really quiet. The host was responsive for any needs. We had a great experience.

Great place to stay!!

Great home away from home

With our grown children now living in different states, we rented this home as a central location to get our family together for Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect - I can’t say enough about how much we all enjoyed this beautiful property and great location. Thank you!

Military Retirees Getaway

We stayed five days for a sporting event. The propertie is conveniently located minutes away from pretty much any location. The property was very clean and maintain very well. The host was very helpful and friendly. The entire neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained.

One of the best stays I've had at a property

This house was absolutely one of the best rental properties I have stayed at. The house was well cleaned, and quite ready for our arrival. The location was exactly as we had hoped, and was very convenient for Surprise Stadium (we were there for the college spring games). The pool and outdoor setting were truly lovely, and quite enjoyable. We made use of the pool, patio, and firepit areas daily during our stay. I would highly recommend this property and would consider staying again when returning to this area.

Comfortable home; quiet neighborhood; great home owners!

Great location and quiet neighborhood with playground and walking area nearby. Home owner is very attentive to your needs and responds immediately to your concerns, which we very much appreciated. The home is very well supplied; beautifully decorated; and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard and pool area - great area to enjoy the AZ sun! We look forward to returning to this home next year.

Beautiful home

This home was clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Great pool and patio with plenty of comfortable seating. Michele responded quickly to questions. The only downside were the beds in the guest bedrooms were uncomfortably firm.

Close to everything, a great place to stay

We were a group of 4 teammates competing at a tennis tournament held at the Surprise Tennis Center which was only 3.5 miles away. The tennis center was right next to the Surprise Stadium. Extremely clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. Easy shopping for groceries and several restaurants nearby. One person needed a walk in clinic and found one less than a mile away. I had several occasions to contact the owner Michele and received lightning fast responses. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Gather - Spacious

We came to Surprise for tennis ... this house was perfect for several of the team members - and was a great location near the tennis courts. The outdoor pool and fire pit were perfect for post tennis reviews. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Plenty of parking in garage and driveway. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. House was large enough to give individuals a sense of individual space but not so large that you felt isolated from the group. Overall we were happy with this rental.

Great location and comfortable home

We enjoyed our second stay at this location. We always find it clean and well supplied. The pool and patio area are beautiful and a perfect place to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by wonderful restaurants, golf courses, and near-by Spring training stadiums. We did experience internet issues throughout our month stay, which was frustrating. However, the owner remained in contact with us and Cox services. It was our understanding that this would be a temporary outage issue and would be resolved once new lines are in place.

Oregon State Beaver baseball getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was definitely “as advertised.” Plenty of space for meals, relaxing, etc. The patio was nice with morning coffee and happy hour drinks. The grill worked great, too. The neighborhood is quiet, save for a couple of barking dogs (but that’s what dogs do…🤷‍♂️). We walked the area several days and felt very safe. Plenty of services and entertainment close by. We’re hoping to stay again next season!

Our home is close to golf and Baseball Spring Training. It's a large space for our family to get together and enjoy our time together in the sun. There is a large playground and splash park for our grandkids and one of Arizona's largest zoos nearby. It's near hiking trails and many of sightseeing opportunities.
