Come enjoy your summer family vacation in our humble 2 Bedroom Oceanfront condo which we are making available whenever we aren't using it for our own summer family vacation. Unit #2 is a first floor unit so there is a view of the sand dunes but not the ocean. Also, this is an older condo and has not been updated.

First floor is ideal for families with younger children and is stocked with numerous beach toys, boogie boards for older children, beach chairs, a heavy duty beach umbrella, and a beach wagon to haul it all!

Guest must provides all soaps, toiletries and paper products.

Guest must provide all Towels and Bed Sheets.

Bed Sizes are 1 King Bed, 2 Full Beds,
There is 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.
