Retreat to the Surfside Paradise right in the Heart of Melbourne Florida. Your home away from home is right across the street from the crisp Atlantic Ocean waters, restaurants, beach volleyball, and so much more!
This 3/2 home away from home is a duplex style also known as a 2-family property. It is perfect for families, friends, and couples retreats. You will have your own private entrance and completely private home. The only shared space is the backyard.

Small beach town neighborhood feel. You will see neighbors coming and going on their bikes or walking to the beach. 2 minute's walk to the beach and only a 5-minute walk to restaurants and live music.
Dogs: Dogs are allowed on the Premises with pre-approval from the host (no breed or weight restrictions).
A pet fee of $75 per dog plus a $250 refundable deposit per reservation must be paid. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs. If evidence of a dog(s) is found and no dogs were approved, a $500 fee will be collected.
Cats: Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time. If the presents of a cat are found or reported, a $500 fee will be collected.

A signed rental agreement must be signed before the door code is provided.
If you happen to find damage when you arrive or if something is not working properly, please notify us as soon as possible. We promise to address the issue right away.
Tenants: The house is for use only by the contracted party and their reserved overnight guests. Events, parties, and additional persons are prohibited due to insurance, parking, and space limitations. Please do not invite other people to our home/beach. If additional persons or pets are on the property without the owner's prior approval, a $500 fee will apply and the reservation will be terminated immediately.
Smoking: No smoking indoors.
Parking: Do not park on the grass.
Pets: YOU MUST INFORM HOSTS IF A FUR FRIEND(S) IS JOINING YOU! (DOGS ONLY)
With pre-approval, we DO allow dogs with a $75 pet fee for each pet plus a $250 refundable cleaning/repair deposit. If the home and yard are found clean and no evidence of damages, a portion will be returned to the guest. The portion kept covers extra sanitation, if extra cleaning is needed, your refund will be affected. If any damages are found by your dog, the guest is responsible for any and all repairs.
*The Guest is responsible for any pet damages to the property and any extra out-of-the-ordinary cleaning. Please bring your own doggy bags to dispose of dog waste. If dog waste is found, none of the pet deposits will be returned.

All TV’s have Roku: please use your own digital subscription to sign in, be sure to sign out before check out.
Toilets:
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. This includes paper towels, personal hygiene products, diapers, pull-ups, etc. You may dispose of these items in the trash. The system is very sensitive and will back up if these items are flushed.
Cleaning:
Our home is professionally cleaned and laundered prior to every stay. As mentioned in the check-out notes, we would very much appreciate it if before leaving, you would start one full load of towels. Please do NOT wash bed linens and towels together. Bag all trash. Load and start the dishwasher. This is a huge help in the cleaning process and allows arriving guests the possibility of an earlier check-in.
Heat/Air Conditioning:
During your visit, please try to stay environmentally aware with respect to energy consumption. Please do not set the temperature lower than 73 degrees and do not leave doors or windows open with the air conditioner or heat running as this will damage the AC. If leaving the house for a few hours, please adjust the thermostat accordingly and turn off all lights. Thank you!
Refrigerator:
The refrigerator and freezer should be in perfect working condition with temperatures set properly. Please do not adjust the temperature in an attempt to make the units colder as this could damage the unit.
Supplies:
All bed linens and bath/beach towels are supplied, as well as dishes, flatware, cooking equipment, iron, hairdryers, and a coffee maker. We provide dishwashing soap/sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. Please do not use bath towels as beach towels. Beach towels are located in the closet, beach towels are in the closet. We also have a pack and play.
Neighbors/Noise: Please respect the neighbors and local rules. Amplified sounds (music, singing, etc) must be turned off by 10 pm.
