If you'd like to escape to a rural yet urban setting, we invite you to the heart of Aquitaine, in Haut Mauco, a small village 13 km from Mont de Marsan. Halfway between the ocean and the Pyrenees, the location is ideal, offering a wide range of activities and places to visit. Here, we will share with you the festive and gourmet spirit while respecting our traditions. At La Téoulère, renovated with every comfort for a successful stay, we can accommodate up to 6 people. - A living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, 3 induction hobs, microwave, dishwasher), - Living room with TV, - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), - Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, - Separate toilet with washbasin - A pantry with washing machine. Internet connection. An enclosed plot of approximately 1,500 m², with two very pleasant terraces with garden furniture and a barbecue. Barn outbuildings on the site house a ping pong table, rowing machine, and elliptical trainer. Comfortable in summer with air conditioning in the living room Electric heating in the other rooms. A very relaxing place for a successful vacation with family or friends! 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
