Weekend getaway

A group of us came into town for the weekend for a 5k race. The location was great, the house was fabulous, and we'd highly recommend it.

Excellent option for a large family

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! It was clean and comfortable and the kids loved all of the games and the large yard. The host was very responsive and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

This was fantastic home for our large gathering of families..Common spaces both basement and main floor for games, foosball table, large TVs, fridges on both levels for drinks/coffee/snacks. Location was close to shopping, we went to Inver Grove indoor water pool and toddler area - and Lebanon HillsA very nice hot tub, breeze and lake view from the deck. Kids liked the beanbag corn hole set and the large back yard for balls and frisbees. The lake was nice but had some thick algae in July 2026 a hot summer- we did canoe and kayak, but was tough going in places.The host was very responsive and checking in with us to make sure we had what we needed, questions, and even ran over something to be sure we could watch the World Cup games! We would definitely rent again.

Great House! Will Stay Again.

Description and pictures of the property were accurate. House was huge with more than enough room for 9 people. Wifi was blazing fast, Steve was fantastic to deal with and was a great help accommodating our needs, the (long) driveway was promptly cleaned during the snowstorm , and the hot tub held 8. Will definitely stay again, and recommend to all.

This home worked well for our family of 8 adults, who were in the Mpls area for a funeral. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a table large enough for the eight of us to eat together. The deck was clean and pleasant and we used the grill to cook brats one evening. One of my brothers took advantage of the hot tub to relax after a long day.The host was very responsive to my questions both before and after I booked the stay. I was looking for a large house to accommodate my family, but could find none that had a bedroom on the main floor for my brother who is unable to navigate large flights of stairs. This home fit the bill. There were enough private bedrooms for everyone and even spaces for quiet reading. There is plenty of parking in the circular driveway and the garages are also available for parking.This rental was a great fit for our family and I would definitely recommend it.

Best of both worlds

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures online. A quiet, peaceful retreat felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but its really just minutes from mall of america and downtown Minneapolis. The house was very clean & so many amenities!! t amenities

Perfect for a large family gathering

This was an amazing facility for our large family gathering. There were large gathering areas for everyone to be together but also various secluded areas in which individuals could escape for a little down time. The hot tub was a huge hit for our teens and young adults. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated and maintained. Thank you for a memorable Christmas!

Great Experience

The house is nice and very large, clean, and well stocked. I was impressed with the small thoughtful touches like smart speakers and charger connections by all of the beds. Steve is a great host. Communicates frequently and clearly, and was prompt and helpful when I needed an adjustment to my booking. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of his properties next time.

Good site for a getaway

Accommodations are good for 14 or 15 people. We had 23 (the advertising said the home could accommodate over 30) and 23 was stretching it. We enjoyed the back yard and fire and jacuzzi. The lake was unusable for boating: might be at other times of the year. Felt secluded and safe. Great for family photos.

Minnesota graduation

We had a large family gathering at the property. It was for our daughter’s graduation. We thought the house was great. Two added things for the great hot tub in the back and also the lake in the back where we could come over. Finally, we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

Family Excursion

Enjoyed our stay, the s'mores welcome was a nice touch. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and waffle maker. The hot tub was nice after our intense family foosball and corn hole tournaments! Plenty of towels and linens; washer and dryer on upstairs and main floor was handy. We had two elderly, mobility limited, family members with us and the ADA toilets were nice (although no grab bars in showers). We 'broke in' daughter's new paddle boards on the pond. It was a fun week.

Perfect girls weekend

I plan a girls get away every year for a group of medical professionals. This year we had 12 and needed a LARGE space capable of giving 12 ladies their own bed, an outdoor hot tub and a nice kitchen. This house was PERFECT. It is just as beautiful as the pictures and has everything you will need. We brought our own groceries but the house was outfitted with every kitchen item you could want and plenty of towels. It was a lovely weekend. I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit. Next time!

Beautiful Spacious Property with Communicative Owner

Steve was a communicative host who answered all of our questions about the property. We had a wheelchair user in our group and Steve was able to let us know about accessibility and helped us set up a wheelchair ramp. The house was spacious and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect for Work Group

We had 9 adults staying at the property. The house was very clean with many items that made our stay so comfortable from, items for smore making items to hdmi cables to hook out laptop to the television so that we could share our screen. It was the perfect place for us! We are planning to come back next year!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Impressive home. Beautifully decorated/staged. Very clean and comfortable. Every amenity available. Even a waffle maker! Nice touch of a s'mores and popcorn bowl waiting for us. Unfortunately we didnt have time for a bonfire. Hot tub was wonderful for us old folks after wedding dancing all night! Our grandson was very excited about canoeing with grandpa. Would stay again in this home in a heartbeat! Thank you!
