Dieses moderne Haus am See wurde komplett renoviert, um Ihnen allen Komfort von zu Hause zu bieten, während Sie alles, was die Natur zu bieten hat, genießen können. Die 8 Personen Whirlpool und 500 Quadratmeter Feuer Grube Terrasse sind ganzjährig verfügbar!

Das Haus bietet eine gute Gelegenheit, um für ein paar Tage oder für eine Woche oder länger vom Druck des Lebens zu entkommen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, da es so nah an den Minneapolis (20 min) und St. Paul (10 Min.) Und doch abgelegen genug, dass man es nie erfahren würde.

Das Haus verfügt über 6 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer.

Es gibt einen Erdgasgrill auf dem Deck, der immer bereit ist. Es gibt Platz für 12 Personen auf dem Deck.

Es gibt eine Bar mit einer Tür zur Terrasse für Whirlpool Parteien.

The property was super clean which we really appreciated with our 10 month old granddaughter along! We loved the balcony; it was very large and the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful view. The kitchen was well furnished. Several people in our group got to enjoy the hot tub. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to use the fire pit or kayak, but hopefully next time. Steve was a great host and communicated well throughout the process. It is a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay at Eagle’s Nest

We’ve stayed at this house for 4 years now and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The place is cleaned, well-maintained, and the hot tub is in good working order. The lakeside location is quiet and offers a nice view. Would certainly recommend!

A relaxing "cabin" without the 3 hour drive

This property had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our stay including blankets for the couch, every tool we could need in the kitchen (including a crock pot), smores materials, and plenty of dishes. Many of the guests commented that it was one of the best stocked Airbnbs they had stayed in. We had 13 guests and everyone found space to relax and enjoy. Steve was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The check in process was simple and final clean up requests were minimal.Overall a great property for a getaway while still be conveniently located.

Excellent lake property in the Twin Cities

Beautifully renovated super clean home on Lake Schmidt. Comfortable beds, nicer than the pictures, lots of natural light from sky lights. Our family really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, fire pit and hot tub. Easy check in and check out. High recommend and would be happy to stay here again!

Can’t wait to return! Beautiful property.

Loved everything about the location of this place. We loved being outside playing yard games, using the canoe, or relaxing in the hot tub. My favorite part was sitting around the fire roasting marshmallows (which were provided by Steve) to make s’mores. This house had plenty of room for everyone. Loved the wide variety of family games inside as well. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I also had contacted Steve about a few questions and he responded quickly. Check-in and out was smooth. We will definitely return. It was a great location!

Great place for group gatherings!

Very nice house with lots of space for sleeping and gathering inside and outside. The inside is very nicely updated and modern with 6 very comfortable bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms (the shower in one bathroom is huge!). There are 3 spaces for large groups to gather, 2 large indoor dining tables, and a great outdoor deck. Lake views from the house are beautiful. The backyard provides a great space for yard games as well as a big firepit (and the s'more makings provided were a great touch). The house is located near a highway but is quiet inside the house and in the backyard. It's great to be able to be on a lake in the middle of a city. There is a lot of onsite parking for a large group with 2 driveways. The location is convenient and close to restaurants, a couple golf courses, an indoor pickleball court, grocery stores, and the airport. The host was very helpful and attentive before and during our stay.

Gorgeous lakeside spot

Wonderful place. So fun to have kayaks and canoe lakeside. We took a few lovely paddles around Schmidt lake and saw snapping turtles and enjoyed the geese taking flight. Beds super comfy, nice linens and pillows. Tons of games available. Lots of places to commune or take quiet alone time. Loved the bbq and bonfire. Would prefer to not hear the nearby freeway noise but we decided to pretend it was the ocean! The place is otherwise so peaceful. Would also love to have better serving platters and bowls in kitchen for a place that otherwise is so thoroughly well appointed.

Girls' Trip

6 of us have been traveling together for 10 years, mostly in the outstate Minnesota area, but when we saw this listing it looked perfect - on a lake, 6 bedrooms, fire pit, hot tub - who could ask for anything more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was the most well-appointed kitchen we have ever stayed at and the owner had anticipated just about any possible need we could encounter. We had a great time!

Great gathering house!

Stayed at this gem for a family wedding and we loved it! Kitchen was more than well stocked-it was the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. It is much appreciated when the cupboards have more than salt and pepper in them. There was coffee, pantry staples and a welcome basket. We also really appreciated all the different spaces that we could hang out together. Several different couch areas, two dining areas, plus the outdoor fire pit. Steve was responsive and super helpful.
