Holiday Family Getaway

The property was beautiful. David and Tammy were very responsive and set up our travel to and from the airport. They very kindly provided a Christmas dinner for us, as the area stores and restaurants were closed for the holiday. The parting gift that they provided was also very much appreciated. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Nassau, Bahamas.

Lovely Private Cottage

We had a lovely stay at Dreamscape Cottage. David and Tammy were incredible hosts and always available when needed. The private backyard is beautifully landscaped, a tranquil paradise. Inside, we had just enough room for our family of five. It was a perfect cottage to return home to after a busy day exploring the Bahamas. Many thanks to David and Tammy!

Peaceful oasis

My mom and I spent 12 days here and enjoyed every minute . The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was a wonderful place to hang in the evenings . Great ambience. My 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed the large fenced in yard. The neighborhood is very nice and very safe. The location Is very convenient to many amenities and sites. Having the car was huge for us . If people aren’t comfortable driving it is very easy to arrange for a cab and David will help with that . Our hosts were very responsive in their communication and did everything to make sure our stay was a good one. I highly recommend Dream Space and would stay here again .

Worth every penny

Dreamscape Cottage is simply amazing! The property is beautiful and relaxing. David and Tammy are super kind and so easy to reach. They helped us get transportation to/from the airport as well as taxis to go into downtown Nassau. The car provided with the house was great to explore the island or simply run errands. The house is well laid out and the patio area is lovely. The house is about a 15 minute drive from downtown Nassau and 30 from the airport. For 4-5 people the house is perfect, with more you will need a rental or taxis to get around. I highly recommend that you stay here.

Amazingly Accommodating

My husband and two tweens stayed at this property for my birthday vacation and thoroughly enjoyed. The pictures and description are spot on and the owner was responsive and accommodating before and during the trip! The location is peaceful, the pool and outdoor area for sitting/grilling was magnificent specifically on the rainy days. The owner's willingness to set up transportation to/from the airport, set up dinner reservations and share activity ideas were phenomenal; he even worked with my husband to surprise me with a birthday cake when we arrived :) The property was spacious for our family of four, it was very clean and well stocked with internet access and televisions in each room for streaming your favorite shows/movies. Taxi prices in the area were a bit pricey, so the car that was included with the property was an absolute gem for us to go sight seeing, travel in town, go to the beach, grocery store, etc. I would recommend this property if you are vacationing in the area!

April 2023 Bahamas Trip

This was our second visit to Dream Space Cottage. And, as usual, it was amazing. David and Tammy are truly wonderful hosts. Dream Space Cottage is beautiful and cannot be beat. David and Tammy have a beautiful, warm and comfortable home. The cottage is immaculate with an awesome (heated) pool. This will be my residence of choice every-time I visit Nassau. It is secure and safe. I highly recommend Dream Space Cottage. We used Chef Perry Sweeting again for our evening meals. He and his staff did not disappoint and cooked very delicious meals. Chef Perry is always on time and leaves the kitchen spotless. His food is delicious. For our ground trip transportation we used Luxton Ace. AJ and Dave are great!!! The service is top notch. They are prompt and the vehicles used were clean. I highly recommend Luxton Ace and I know we will use them when next we visit.

I travel using VRBO extensively. This property was the best I have been in by far! It was very private and a wonderful place to rest and relax while very close to the beach and exploring. David was a wonderful host and responded within minutes when we needed or were curious about something. My guests are still talking about it!

Could not ask for more

The property was perfect. It was like a personal forest in the backyard. David and his wife thought of everything. The kitchen was stocked with enough items for me and the kids that I did not immediately need to run to the grocery store. The house is Alexa integrated from the lights to the TV. I had access to a car, which was a great asset. The pool was great with a grill and entertaining area. We got delicious welcome treats from David and his wife. The kids loved them. Expect to see us back. Thank you for everything.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay here. Accomodations were very comfortable, the owners were very accomodating and helpful on every level, from providing us with information and referrals to make our stay fabulous. Dream Space Cottage was a dream!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Dream Space Cottage. David and Tammy are absolutely wonderful hosts. Dream Space Cottage is beautiful and met all of our needs. It is a beautifully decorated property with an awesome pool. The home is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The home really was wonderful and we hope to visit again. Tammy and David are so nice and attentive. They made us feel right at home. We also hired a chef to come to the home and prepare dinner for us every night. Chef Perry Sweeting and his staff were punctual, very tidy and clean and prepared superb meals. We had everything from pan seared red snapper to steak and jerk chicken. Chef Perry also prepared meals for my son which he thoroughly enjoyed. I would absolutely hire Chef Perry again. As I mentioned he is extremely punctual. He also is reasonably priced. And his meals and desserts were fantastic. We will be staying at Dream Space Cottage again. And we will absolutely hire Chef Perry again as well. Thank you to David and Tammy for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your beautiful home.

Pure relaxation with all comforts of home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our say at Dream Space Cottage. When we go on vacation, we enjoy exploring the place, not staying in an all inclusive resort. This place is perfect for just that! We were able to use the car for our adventures, but then come back to the house to just hang out. We went on a fishing trip and we were able to bring the fish back and cook in the fully stocked kitchen. There is a grocery store less than 5 minutes away! David immediately responded to all of my before and during trip questions which included restaurant suggestions, fishing charter information, and photos of the nearby beach and backyard cabana. We LOVED that each room had their own bathrooms since we traveled with another couple and my preteen daughter. The cottage even has a few games and puzzles in case you need a break from the sun. The backyard is gorgeous! I honestly could have spent the entire time just in the backyard! In the evening, it is lit up nicely if you would prefer a night swim or barbecue! David and Tammy brought us some delicious pastries from their favorite bakery. Then, as we were heading out, Tammy had made us the most beautiful bracelets as a momento from staying our stay. This family went above and beyond any VRBOs I’ve stayed in EVER! From the beginning of the stay, David arranged a ride for us from the airport (nicest taxi driver ever) to the end … (they let us stash our luggage in the garage and use the car until we had to catch our flight) we were taken care of! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay, and I feel like I’m leaving some things out. I would highly recommend staying here if you like the freedom to leave your resort and explore!

Relax in tranquility!

Our family just returned from a spring break trip to Nassau. From the moment I booked, David went above and beyond with communication and suggestions. The property was fully stocked with everything we needed, which simplified what I needed to pack for travel. Bedrooms and baths were bright and welcoming, the beds and pillows were fresh, clean and comfy. Bathrooms included some necessities (soap, travel body wash and shampoo/conditioner). There was a stash of masks and hand sanitizer in each bedroom as well. The family room had plenty of seating for the 4 of us, along with a large smart TV. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the handful of dinners we prepared on the brand new gas grill out by the pool. Washer and dryer were a plus for us. The back yard is lush and private, the pool and cabana are lovely and refreshing. There’s a cozy swing in the cabana that my daughter *loved*, and the lounge chairs poolside were perfect as you hopped in and out of the pool. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe there. Having a car included for our use was outstanding, as you most definitely need a car. Large grocery store is nearby for any supplies and we found the area pretty easy to navigate. David and Tammy are local to the area which was a great help with regard to answering questions and offering suggestions about things to do and restaurant recommendations. There were so many thoughtful details, it’s obvious that they genuinely want you to come, relax, and truly enjoy all that the area has to offer. They even gifted us which a gorgeous guava cheesecake from their favorite local bakery-just so kind! We were sad to leave Dream Space Cottage!

Just WOW!

This was a 50th birthday girls trip with family and friends. We wanted to stay some where other than a hotel and found this Cottage. God did smile on us when we did! The place was exactly as pictured... clean, beautiful, cozy and stocked with everything and anything you would need. The grounds were also tropical and well kept. Our hosts were just awesome! Very attentive and accommodating. Whatever we needed, David supplied, it even came with a car. He surprised us with birthday pastries from his favorite bakery and his wife Tammy blessed us with beautiful hand made bracelets. What more can we say? You will not regret staying at this beautiful DreamSpace Cottage! We will be back!

PERFECTION

DreamSpace Cottage was amazing! My family of 4 planned a 4 night getaway and everything was perfect for us! David was the perfect host! From helping us with airport rides, to recommending fantastic restaurants and things to do in the area. We all loved the house. It was well stocked with everything we needed and had the perfect amount of space for our teenagers to have their own privacy. The outdoor space is so peaceful, we could have spent every night out there under the lights. Don't miss out on the sunrise, which is a short walk down the road! It did not disappoint!!! The added bonus to this property was the use of a car, which is very useful since there is not much within walking distance. We would highly recommend staying here and would rent here again when we come back! Thank you David and Tammy for an amazing vacation!
