Off the beaten path and modern boutique property on a lush and fully fenced lot with fruit trees in Bluefields, Westmoreland. The villa features 4 private queen bedrooms with en suite baths, ceiling fans, AC, hot water, room safes, mini-refrigerators, and programmable keypad door locks. A smaller 5th bedroom is available for an additional charge.

Additional features include: spacious living area w/ 55" Smart TV; Sonos wireless sound; free WiFi; guest parking; and 2 upper patios with plentiful seating and expansive sea views. Located on the A2/South Coast highway only 1/2 mile from Bluefields Beach Park. The drive to Negril, Black River, YS Falls, Appleton Estate, & Floyd's Pelican Bar is also an hour or less from the property. Due to easy road access, STREET NOISE is unavoidable.

The villa is staffed by a cook who works Monday-Saturday from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Her salary is included in the cost of your booking, but guests are responsible for food costs. Guests have unfettered access to the kitchen, but WE DON'T OFFER FULL USE OF THE COOKING FACILITIES as part of our listing, except for Sundays or Jamaican holidays when our cook has off. Our cook developed a suggested menu that includes delicious local favorites, but guests are welcome to consult with the cook about items not listed on the menu. We are happy to pass on any dietary restrictions to the villa staff. The villa staff will be happy to grocery shop for you, but you may do the shopping if you wish. If you prefer villa staff to do the shopping, we recommend advising them of your budget and food/drink preferences. Staff will provide itemized receipts for all grocery purchases, including those made from informal vendors. Any costs incurred and not reimbursed to villa staff will be charged to guests. Before your arrival, you are welcome to send us an initial grocery list, and we will pass it on to the villa staff.

A full-time property caretaker resides on the property in separate quarters, and there is an entirely separate owner's apartment on the lower floor with its own entry. Owners may be residing on the property from time to time. When the owners are on the property, they are happy to be available when needed, but guests have full and exclusive access to the main upstairs residence. For the safety of our staff, we require a copy of a valid photo ID from the booking guest upon reserving the property.
