The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), made up with hotel-quality linens. Closets are available to store your belongings and help you feel right at home.

The bathroom is spacious and includes a sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays.
The property is on the 9th floor and can be reach with an elevator.

Issy-les-Moulineaux is a charming town located on the outskirts of Paris, appreciated for its peaceful atmosphere and pleasant living environment. Ideal for travelers wishing to visit the capital while enjoying a calmer environment, the town seduces with its tree-lined streets, its numerous green spaces such as the Parc de l'Île Saint-Germain, and its banks of the Seine ideal for walks. Very well served by public transport (tram, metro, RER), Issy allows you to quickly reach the main tourist sites of Paris. It is also home to some architectural and cultural treasures, such as the Saint-Étienne Church, the French Playing Card Museum and the Fort eco-district. An ideal choice for combining relaxation and discovery.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest tram station is Jacques-Henri Lartigue (line T2), which is a 3-minute walk from the apartment.

Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive away.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
