Cocoonr offers this magnificent 240 mÂČ air-conditioned villa with sea view and swimming pool for rent in Grimaud, on the heights of Saint-Tropez. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises an attractive 125 mÂČ living room (with fireplace), an open-plan fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms (with showers), a bathroom (with bath) and a garden of around 4,100 mÂČ. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A modern, open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A 15 mÂČ covered terrace with pergola and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Grimaud, in a very pleasant setting with panoramic views over Saint-Tropez, its Gulf and the ports of Grimaud and Cogolin. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
