Casita Del Mar has it all! Enjoy a wonderful trip to the beach while staying in the very desirable and convenient Ocean Bay Park neighborhood on Fire Island. The home is located a quick 5 minute walk from the beach, the ferry, local restaurants and a charming grocery store.
The space
From the moment you arrive, you will truly love the beachy feel of the cottage.

Kitchen:
This beautiful vacation home has a brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances & hardwood floors. Lots of pots and pans, knives, microwave, dishware, utensils, french press, toaster oven, dishwasher.

Living Room:
The interior is spacious and full of light with a wonderful open concept flow. There is a Roku TV with streaming capabilities.

Dining Space:
The Dining area offers seating for up to 7.

Outdoor Space:
There is an enormous wraparound outdoor patio. Lots of seating options, a propane grill, and two outdoor showers.

Beach:
There are beach chairs/umbrellas to use.

*There is Spilt Unit ACs and Heating*

The home sleeps 10. Please note the bedroom spaces are on the smaller side.
BR1 has a queen bed
BR2 has a double and a twin
BR3 has two twins
BR4 has a double and a twin

The family dogs (weighing up to 40 pounds each) are welcome with a small nightly fee

Everyone must be over the age of 25 to rent this home. We have a strict NO smoking policy and NO party policy. There will be a $1,000 dollar fine for any smoking/parties on the property.

Please Note: This is a home on an ISLAND so sometimes things will move a little slower. There are no refunds for weather.
Guest access
You will access Ocean Bay Park at The Bayshore Ferry Terminal. Parking is at the terminal. Please check out the fire island ferries schedule for more information.
