Entire Residential Lake Home in a Quiet Cove

Lake Livin' at its finest! Our fully furnished, newly renovated home is situated in a quiet cove right on Lake Hartwell. You'll have easy access to the lake and use of our water toys and covered dock. Well-known for some incredible fishing so be sure to bring your rods, boat, and jet ski or rent something fun from the local marina.
The space
Our two story house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor you will find a spacious master suite with king bed, full bathroom, work space, and TV with cable. Also on the main floor there is a queen bedroom, second full bathroom, laundry, open kitchen, and living room. Off the living room enjoy a screened in porch with views of Lake Hartwell. Downstairs is a second queen bedroom, three twin beds, third full bathroom and rec room. Optional sleeping not accounted for include multiple couches and a queen air mattress. The rec room has an air hockey table, dart board, TV with cable, wet bar with mini fridge and popcorn machine for fun and entertaining. Off the rec room is a patio with a gas grill for your outdoor cooking. Outside you will find a shed equipped with water toys such as SUPs and fun floats. An easy walk will take you to our dock where you will find some chairs and fire pit for relaxing and watching all the lake activities.
Guest access
The front door has a code that will be provided so guests can come and go as they please. Guests will have access to the entire house, shed, and dock. There is a locked closet in the basement with cleaning supplies.
Other things to note
We do have several neighbors who will not tolerate noise late into the night; please be respectful and no parties or loud music after 10pm.
