We invite you to come relax and recharge at Freedom Farm Cabin. This property is a absolute gem and will exceed your expectations. Located in beautiful Cumming GA surrounded by manicured acreage and equestrian farms, you will have the peace and quiet of the country while still being only 7 miles from the new Cumming City Center which offers shopping, dining and outdoor concerts. As you enter the property through the private electronic gated entrance, you can enjoy the privacy and charm of this special property. The newly renovated log cabin sits on a beautiful 25 acre farm with rolling pastures. All of the comforts of home await our guests; situated among the beautiful oaks and towering pines with tree swings, outdoor fire pit and basketball hoop. Don't be surprised to see horses peacefully grazing in nearby manicured pastures while relaxing on the back porch.
The cabin is fully furnished and is filled with charm. The main living area is heated/cooled with a new central heat/air system (Nest Thermostats) along with the toasty wood burning brick fireplace. The covered front porch is equipped with rocking chairs and the back porch is great for grilling, dining and relaxing. The kitchen with modern appliances is fully equipped. Laundry room with washer and dryer are available for your convenience as well as cable TV, wireless internet, DVD, playstation 4, games, books, Traeger smoker-barbecue grill and large outdoor Blackstone gas griddle. The master bedroom (on main level) has high ceilings, pasture views, and a newly renovated bathroom with tile shower and granite countertops.

This newly furnished, three bedroom, 2 ½ bath home, sleeps 6-7 comfortably. Master Bedroom includes one king size bed; 2nd guest room has a queen bed, and 3rd guest room has a combination bunk bed (single above, double below) ideal for children or larger families. Blow up mattresses avail upon request.

The fire pit is also a perfect place to gather with family and friends or just unwind and on a clear night enjoy incredible star gazing or the enchantment of the dimly lit trees.

Deer and turkey roam the property on a regular basis. A small year round stream meanders gently through the wooded area of the property.

If you want to venture out and visit neighboring communities you are just a short drive from popular areas including Cumming City Center, Sawnee Mountain Park, Downtown Cumming, Milton GA, Alpharetta GA, Lake Lanier and the mountains of Dahlonega GA. If shopping is your thing, check out the newly built City Center Forsyth , Halcyon, Avalon, The Collection of Forsyth, Northpoint Mall and the Outlets in Dawsonville GA. The cabin is only 3 mins Hawks Ridge Golf Club, Pooles Mill Park, Ducktown Park, and Sawnee Mountain Park and is within 15 minutes of Indian Seats and more than a dozen parks within Forsyth County. In you wish to venture out further, the cabin about 20-30 minutes from popular places for activities such as Boating(Lake Lanier), Hiking (Amicalola State Park), Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, Paintball, Skeet Shooting, Go-Cart Racing (Amp Motorsports), Horseback Riding and more. If you are coming to town for youth sports and do not want to stay in Atlanta area hotels, we would love to have you.
