Guest(s) will have access to:
1 parking spot on the ground floor.(with payment)


3 fully furnished bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 floor mattress.(The master bedroom has a tv attached to the wall). 1 of the three bedrooms can also be used as an office room with a workbench full with amenities such as headphones, pens, pencils, note pad(s), stapler, wifi and books. All bedrooms beside the office room has 1 attached bathroom and balcony to them.

1 glass dining table for upto 6 people with attached living room with 2 high quality sofas.

beside the living room is the kitchen with 1 microwave, dual gas stoves, 1 stainless steel sink, 1 ventilator, 1 refrigerator and some starter utensils, pots, pans, water filter. Along with some basic amenities like a sample amount of oil, salt, sugar, etc.

All rooms have pedestal fans, and a stand-by generator is always ready incase of power outs.

distance between airport and residential area is approximately 8.2 km or a 20 minute drive with car and on demand pick up and drop is possible with payment from guests.

Our building is also secured 24/7 by guards from our welfare society.
Guest access
Life is very simple in Bashundhara R/A, especially in this region. the entire house is accessible except a few locked cupboards and building roof.

pickup and drop off from or to any station (airport, train station, bus station) can be done with payment.
transport of most kinds will be provided by us for the guest with payment
No playing music or making any loud noises as there are other people living above and below the apartment.
