It's a completely remodeled 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, which sleeps 6 and is only steps away from Chain Lake, which is a fully recreational lake and part of the Sugar Camp chain of lakes, including Echo, Stone, Sand and Dam.
The property offers 100 feet of partial sand frontage, great fishing, swimming and recreational activities as well as nearby access to miles of ATV, UTV, snowmobile, biking and walking trails.

✱ The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, glassware and serving utensils needed during your stay. There are newer appliances, a blender, a microwave, as well as a coffee pot and Keurig for all of your caffeine needs! :)

✱ The main living space includes a new 55" wall-mounted Smart TV, comfortable leather couch and chair, coffee table, end table and a custom farmhouse dining table with bench seating. Several puzzles and games are located inside the coffee table and in the 4 seasons room.

✱ Our lake house has 3 bedrooms; a primary bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a full size bed and a 3rd bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed. There is also a stackable washer and dryer located in its own enclosed closet in the 3rd bedroom.

✱ The driveway in front of the garage is for guest parking. Additional space to park a boat or snowmobile trailer is located in front of the "Private Property" sign behind the garage.
