Ready to experience luxury hotel resort living? You’ll immediate find the beach-inspired resort amenities to your finger tips. Spacious rooms, high ceiling suite with contemporary European style furniture, gourmet style kitchen with an open floor concept. In addition, our guest will have unlimited Wifi in the unit and around the Resort, unlimited access to the Gym, access to bikes, tennis court, Racket Ball court, Basket Ball court, the Pools and the Beach Club, where you will get 2 lounge chairs, 1 umbrella and towels complementary. The Hyde Beach Resort is located in Hollywood Beach just a few minutes drive from the Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops.

As many other hotel resorts, Hyde Beach House has a daily guest resort fee of $35 per day. NOTE: A deposit will be required when checking in for incidentals; it will be refunded back to you provided there is no incidentals at check out (daily resort fees will be deducted from your deposit at check out)

Place was very clean, pool and amenities were GREAT! Stayed for 3 nights before our cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale and was close to that and Miami!!Only downfall was the valet cost 42 night and the extra hotel charge 70 night! No view of the beach on the 2nd floor but great location so elevators didnt take long! Would stay again!!

Great stay at Hyde Beach House

Property was great. Love the location, right across from the beach. Pool was great, check in and out was easy. Never had to contact anyone during 15 day stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Alberto.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The suite was very nice and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our family of four, although one son had to sleep on a trundle bed which wasn’t his favorite. There isn’t a thing we didn’t like about the condo itself. We had confusion around our check-in when we called the front desk with questions, these were quickly rectified by the rental manager through the VRBO app. The property was extremely crowded during our stay, still the rental was very quiet.

We stayed at this property for an extended period (a month), and unfortunately, I would not recommend it — especially for a month-long stay. The reviews of guest who stayed here were for a week or so. We arrived when the weather dipped into the 30s. The first night the rooms were warm, but by the second day it became unbearably cold inside the apartment. When we reached out, we were told there is no heating in the unit and that we would have to deal with the cold. He didn’t even agree to offer more blankets. That was extremely uncomfortable, especially during freezing temperatures.Communication with the host was difficult. He only communicates through the Vrbo platform and does not provide a phone number. Messages were not checked frequently, which left us feeling stranded at times.However, I do want to acknowledge that the Vrbo support team was very helpful. They assisted us in connecting with the host and did their best to support us during the situation.The apartment itself was not as advertised. The photos on Vrbo suggest a high-rise building with views, but it is actually a second-floor unit with no view at all. The floors are stained, and the apartment is located next to a trash chute, which causes a strong unpleasant odor in the lobby.Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here.

Family Fun

Property, amenities, communication, and apartment were all spectacular. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. The beach was clean and beautiful. The views from the apartment were great and the apartment was wonderful. It felt like a second home and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Nice appartment

According to the description, the apartment was nicely furnished and the pool area on the 6th floor was also inviting. However, the pictures with the view did not correspond to the pictures in the description. The apartment was on the 2nd floor. So the view was rather poor. In addition to all the costs, there was a resort fee of $30 a day. Parking was valet and cost another $30 per day. So there was another $60 additional cost per day. We were so unconscious of this and also rather expensive.

Spring Break 2025

The apartment was clean and well equipped. However, the building and the facilities were not kept clean enough. First, the second floor smelled of trash the entire time we were there. There is no air-conditioning in the hallway so that added to the smell with the warm temperatures. The elevators were not clean. The pool area is very nice however the pool cushions are filthy and chairs are broken. The chairs that are at the beach are in worse condition. The workout facility that we used everyday was kept cleaner than most. We have been to many places that have the aromas piped in to the buildings' system. This building needs this. If you stay any higher than the 6th floor you will be waiting a very long time for elevators. The parking staff were great and even at the busiest times retrieved our car in a timely manner. I do not believe our family will return to this property.

Listing not accurate on bed sizes and view

My husband and I traveled with another couple. We chose this unit because the listing states it had a king bed and a queen bed. However, the 2nd bed was NOT a queen - it was only a double! We measured it and confirmed - it was only 50 inches wide. When I contacted the host about the discrepancy, he said if it's not a queen, then it's not his fault that the listing is incorrect - it is the property owners fault. Passing the blame onto someone else and offering only a 'sorry for the inconvenience' and further stating there's nothing he can do was not the best customer service response we were looking for.There is a pull out trundle bed on the floor of the 2nd bedroom, so my husband ended up sleeping on that. We don't see each other much due to work schedules, so with me in the bed and him down on the floor, it wasn't the vacation we had hoped for. Additionally - the pictures of the outdoor space is deceiving. You can see the intercoastal, but there is a very wide rooftop that takes up most of the view. It had trash on it too, which didn't make it very appealing to sit on the patio. The location and the building amenities were great. We were just very disappointed that the 2 most important items that make up a good unit for us - the beds and the view - were lacking and we felt deceived by the VRBO listing. This is the reason I'm only giving it 2 stars.
