Diese vollklimatisierte Ferienwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad direkt am Meer befindet sich im 7. Stock des Lanai-Gebäudes im Mahana at Kaanapali. Wir haben gerade (Mai 2026) ein neues Queen-Size-Schlafsofa und einen elektrisch verstellbaren Sessel hinzugefügt – schau dir die Bilder an! Entspann dich und genieß den atemberaubenden Meerblick aus der gesamten Ferienwohnung, auch vom Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer aus. Du wirst die zentrale Klimaanlage, zwei Fernseher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den Zugang zu einem Pool direkt am Meer, einem Spa und reichlich Parkplätzen lieben – ganz ohne Resort- oder Parkgebühren.

Der gesamte Komplex ist als Hotelzone ausgewiesen, wodurch sichergestellt ist, dass er IMMER für Kurzzeitvermietungen verfügbar ist.

Entspanne dich bei den beruhigenden Geräuschen des Meeres, schlafe tief und fest auf frischen Baumwollbettlaken und neuen Kissen und wache mit atemberaubendem Ausblick durch die raumhohen Fenster auf. Genieße deinen Morgenkaffee oder abendliche Cocktails auf der Veranda und beobachte Delfine, Schildkröten und Wale (saisonal). Das Queen-Size-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet zusätzlichen Schlafplatz, sodass diese Unterkunft Platz für bis zu 4 Erwachsene bietet.

Wir verwalten die Ferienwohnung persönlich und sorgen für reibungslose Kommunikation sowie Unterstützung durch vor Ort tätiges Personal, falls nötig. Es gibt KEINE versteckten Gebühren oder Zusatzkosten – denn du buchst direkt bei den Eigentümern.

Die Anlage verfügt über einen Pool, einen Wellnessbereich und einen Strand, der nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist, sowie Annehmlichkeiten wie Tennis, Pickleball, Shuffleboard und zwei Grillplätze mit mehreren Grills. Genieße die voll ausgestattete Küche der Ferienwohnung, darunter eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine für Einzelportionen oder eine Kanne (wir stellen 6 Kapseln zur Verfügung), eine French Press und eine Kaffeemühle, ein Waffeleisen, einen Handmixer sowie ein gut gefülltes Gewürzregal mit weiteren Gewürzen, Ölen und Essig im Schrank. Wir stellen dir reichlich Vorräte (nicht nur ein Startpaket) für deinen gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung, darunter Seifen, Waschmittel, Papierprodukte und vieles mehr. Genieße deine Mahlzeiten auf deiner eigenen privaten Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang über den Inseln Lanai und Molokai. Einen besseren Tisch wirst du in keinem Restaurant finden!

Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein neuer 55-Zoll-Smart-TV und ein DVD-Player im Wohnzimmer sowie ein neuer 43-Zoll-Smart-TV im Schlafzimmer, eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner und für deinen Strandtag stehen dir Strandstühle, Handtücher, ein Sonnenschirm und 2 Kühlboxen zur Verfügung. Du wirst es genießen, in unserem Gästeordner zu stöbern, der stets aktuelle Empfehlungen für lokale Restaurants und Aktivitäten enthält. Du kannst Aktivitäten auch am Schalter von Maui Concierge Services in der Lobby buchen – das bietet zusätzlichen Komfort und Sonderrabatte.

Unsere Gäste bewerten uns durchweg mit 10/10 und schätzen unsere persönliche Note und Liebe zum Detail. Great location near all the resorts and on the beach. We watched turtles and seals from the balcony. Restaurant recommendations were very good. We went to Roy’s and they have an early bird special. It was one of the best meals we ate. I recommend the butterfish. Miso Phat and the Fish market were excellent. Also try Cool Cat for the best burgers . If you have time go to Waimea for upscale shops.

We loved our stay in this beautiful beachside condo! The waves were so close you could hear them lull you to sleep at night. Sunsets were spectacular! We saw a turtle right outside our window. The floor to ceiling windows throughout the unit provided exceptional views of nearby islands. The condo was impeccably clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a beachside vacation. We bought fresh fish (Opa, or moonfish) at a local fish market and grilled it for dinner, and it was fantastic! We loved walking the beach in the morning, the short walk to nearby restaurants, and impressive colorful fish swimming in the waters right outside the room. We can’t say enough about this place, and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for 5 nights and the views from the apartment are incredible, the hosts have equipped this place with all the amenities one might need, from beach chairs and umbrellas and snorkeling gear to kitchenware. We had so much fun staying here and we will definitely come back to stay here. The beach is just as soon as you get down from the building. We hope we get this place available next time we are here too :)

Look no further! #717 is like coming home but even better! We've never enjoyed a condo as much as this one! From the location, to the cleanliness of the unit, to all the extra touches and the incredible view, this is perfection! The bed was amazing as were the pillows. I dragged my personal pillow 5000 miles only to leave it in the suitcase. If we have the opportunity to come back; I know where we're staying!

This condo is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and welcoming, with tasteful furnishings in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which offered a wide variety of cookware and prep tools, and I was delighted to find cooking spices stocked and ready to use. Jim and Crystal have clearly put a great deal of thought into ensuring guests have everything they need for a most pleasant stay. And the view is absolutely unforgettable.

I can't say enough about this unit and the hosts. The location is perfect, right on the beach and a short walk to the food trucks, Duke's and the cinnamon roll/pizza place. The lanai is spectacular, as is the view from the lanai and rooms; I could have spent the whole week sitting out there reading, and watching the turtles feed in the water below. The room was immaculate, and very comfortable, especially the bed. And the hosts were first rate, promptly responding to all of our questions. It's definitely somewhere I'd want to stay again.

We have stayed at major hotel/resort chains in the past right nearby and will come and stay at this VRBO next time and many trips to come. The place felt like home in the minute of me got there. Everything you could think of was there from other folks who felt like the place was home as well. Every appliance necessary was there extra spices and stuff were there so things weren’t as expensive as imagined. From beach chairs to umbrellas and boogie board, to easy communication with the owners. I would have to give this place a 10 out of 10. My husband and I very much hope we can get this place any and every time we come. Other than several hundreds and hundreds of dollars over the resorts right nearby this place offered, everything we wanted right at our footsteps. We are so very grateful we found this place and will be coming back at least once a year, if not more. Everything from the outstanding view and cleanliness and plentiful supplies as well as easy communication with the owners, makes this a place I would recommend to others over and over again. Maui has always been our travel destination but now it feels like a place we almost go home to for our vacation. I can’t say enough good about our experience and like I said a 10 out of 10 easily.

The easiest and shortest way to summarize Crystal and Jim's condo at the Mahana is PERFECT! From start to finish working with Crystal and Jim couldn't have been better, communication was great, response time and information was spot on! The condo itself has everything you'll need and want from A (apple slicer) to Z (zip lock bags). It's very comfortable, actually felt like our home for the week, loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves from the open bedroom slider and on an extremely comfortable bed. I really could go on and on because their place is perfect for any couple, I can't wait to work with them again and stay at their "Home"!Mahalo for everything,Crystal and Jim

The host was very welcoming, The property was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was fully stock with everything you need. They provide chairs to go to the beach along with pickleball paddles.

This place is amazing! The host has thought of everything to make for a perfect stay, including information and details leading up to our arrival.The condo is true ocean-front: the views are exactly what you dream of. We watched two sea turtles separately lay eggs on the beach from the deck, and we were able to observe many whales breaching from the deck as well.We will definitely stay in this unit on future Maui trips!

Best view of the ocean! Amazing condo

We loved staying here! The condo was excellent and very welcoming; the view was unbelievably stunning. Highly recommend, hosts were great too and check-in was very easy.

Perfect Happy Place

This condo was in great condition and had the most comfortable bed and living room furniture. The views are spectacular and our vacay was our most relaxing ever!

The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The host was incredibly proactive and responsive. Truly a jaw dropping view from every angle in the unit. Great location with walking distance to a solid grocery store and some cool low key restaurants along with the higher end beachfront restaurants like dukes. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here sometime again in the future!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We walked into the unit and were immediately greeted by whales splashing their aloha out in the channel. The unit is wonderful, great location. We’d love to return.

We're so blessed to have purchased this condo in 2022! Originally from Northern California, we've enjoyed many travels thanks to my husband's Naval career, but we've always been drawn to the ocean. We first visited Maui for Valentine's Day in 2007, it was so magical! Beaches, snorkeling, the scent of plumeria, the sound of the ocean... it was breathtaking, romantic, and unforgettable. Then it was back home to the mainland where life went on, we continued raising our 3 sons, always trying to visit Hawaii as often as we could.

After Jim retired from the Navy we settled back in Northern CA. We were blessed to purchase an oceanfront condo on Kauai in 2012. We visited often, renovating and refurbishing each trip. We had great success with VRBO, helping others enjoy Kauai. We then added an oceanfront studio on Maui in 2015. Fast forward to 2022, we were able to sell both units and purchase our dream condo, Mahana at Kaanapali 717.

We average three or four 10-star reviews per month. They're posted directly to our listing by our previous guests. We can't change a word of them, just add our reply. We love being vacation rental owners, we love helping our guests enjoy Maui, and we always strive to provide the very best customer service.

At the end of your day exploring, you'll come back to Mahana 717 and the oceanfront lanai and the sound of the surf... You won't want to leave! We’re happy to share our condo, and spread the Aloha!

Imagine the time approaching sunset, the sun is just kissing the horizon, the sky turns pink, then purple and orange, and you're enjoying a mai tai on your oceanfront lanai at Mahana 717...what could be better? Or in the morning, all you're hearing are the birds and the gently lapping waves, and you're sipping coffee on your lanai with two islands in full view. On your right, Molokai is turning ever greener, to your left the island of Lanai is becoming more golden, and it's so peaceful and quiet... We invite you to come enjoy our condo at the Mahana, with spectacular views of the blue Pacific, just steps away from sandy Kaanapali beach. The resort consists of twin towers (717 is on the 7th floor in the south tower, called the Lanai tower) on 5 acres, with beautiful grounds and oceanfront heated pool and spa. You're close to championship golf courses, great restaurants, a food truck park, snorkeling and shopping, situated conveniently between Lahaina and Kapalua.

During the winter months humpback whales migrate to the warmer waters around Hawaii, and they use the ʻAuʻau channel in front of Kaanapali and West Maui as their nursery. ( ʻAuʻau translates "to take a bath," referring to its calm bath-like conditions). They birth their calves there, and instruct them for life out in the open ocean. They can put on a spectacular show, breeching and flipping their tales and flukes, all in view from the 7th floor vantage point of this condo. When you walk in the front door of 717, you're drawn straight ahead to the floor to ceiling windows, and the 180° ocean views from every corner of the condo.
