The Cocoon/Bookandpay agency offers this charming duplex for rent in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, less than 500 m from the beach, with a shared swimming pool, a surface area of 45 m², and room for up to 4 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely living room, an open-plan kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi and sheets are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area, and open kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more.
Upstairs:
- A sleeping area with one double bed (5'3“ x 6'3”) that can be separated into two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from April to September 30th. There is also a separate paddling pool for children. (Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.)
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Martin-de-Ré, 500 m from the sea and the town center, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
