In the owners' house, with another gîte for 4 people (not Gîtes de France certified), on the second floor: apartment comprising a living room with kitchen and three beds (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), a bedroom with three other beds (1 bed 140x190 and 1 bed 90x190), a bathroom with sink and hip bath. Separate WC. Sheets, towels and cleaning optional. WIFI. Ski room with shared washing machine on the ground floor. The Myosotif, a small apartment in the Albiez Montrond resort, functional and well-appointed, is the ideal address for a relaxing stay with a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, an emblematic trio culminating at around 3514 meters. Country house located near the slopes of Albiez-Montrond and 13km from St Jean d'Arves/Les Sybelles (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes). Authentic village on a very well-exposed plateau, at the foot of the famous and very characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves. Numerous outdoor activities and leisure activities, fun, unusual and outdoor, summer and winter, in the different resorts of the Arvan-Villard massif. Nordic area with free access with cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails. Lake at the Col du Mollard. Privileged territory for hiking and cycling enthusiasts with the Col de la Croix de Fer, at the foot of the Etendard glacier. Important cultural, architectural and religious heritage.
