Situated on the 4th floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa bed, a comfortable couch where you can relax, and a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed (160x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is also available.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer, towels, a towel dryer and complimentary toiletries.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the vibrant 11th arrondissement, Rue de la Folie Méricourt offers a perfect blend of authentic Parisian charm and lively local atmosphere. Just a short walk from Oberkampf, Le Marais, and Place de la République, the neighborhood is filled with trendy cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, while still maintaining a calm, residential feel. Well connected by public transport, it’s an ideal base for exploring Paris like a local.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Oberkampf (lines 5 and 9), is just a 5-minute walk.

The station Parmentier and the station République (lines 5, 8, 9) are 6 minutes away.
The metro station Goncourt (line 11) is 7 minutes on foot.

Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
