This unit is located a couple miles from Huntington Beach and Sunset Beach Main Street... located on the beach with nearby shops and restaurants.
Walk, bike, drive or Uber
So much nearby including restaurants, Mothers Market (grocery), beach, and more.
This condo does have stairs to climb to get to the front door and does not have AC but we do provide fans and you have the ocean breeze!
*While staying on the beach or in a beach city condo has its perks, it also comes with the possibility of neighbors or nearby homes/businesses choosing to renovate/upgrade/add or remove parts of their property which can result in daytime noise or a construction-looking site. This is out of our control so please be aware it can and does happen and we can’t take responsibility or provide refunds due to this behavior*
