HOME LOCATION
Located between Alamitos Bay and the Pacific Ocean, this home places you at the heart of Long Beach's Peninsula. Right out front, miles of shoreline stretch in both directions, where you'll often find locals playing beach volleyball, enjoying bonfires at sunset, or cruising the boardwalk on skates and bikes.
From the house, it's easy to walk or bike the entire Peninsula, explore the nearby canals of Naples Island, or take the scenic shoreline path all the way to Shoreline Village or Belmont Shore. With over two dozen restaurants, bars, and cafés within a 10 to 15 minute walk, plus local favorites for paddle boarding, sailing, or kayaking just around the corner, there's no need to stray far for entertainment or adventure.
Looking for something extra? You're a short drive or bike ride from whale watching excursions, boat charters, and the Catalina Island Express terminal. Families love being near the kid friendly bay beaches and nearby parks, while shoppers will enjoy browsing the boutiques of 2nd Street or heading a little inland to explore the shops at 2nd & PCH.
IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:
- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.
-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.
- Upon arrival, the guest will be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.
- This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
- Primary guest must be 25+ years old and present throughout the entire reservation.
- City of Long Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm - 7 am.
- No Patio Access after 10 pm
- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.
- Noise from surrounding homes, and beachgoers should be expected.
- High Chair & Pack n' Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.
- Fireplace must not be left unattended while ignited for any reason
