This property was excellent! We had 7 adults and 3 babies/toddlers and never felt crowded. It is the best stocked kitchen I have every seen and organized so well! The boardwalk to the beach was so convenient and close. You could always find some shade on the deck also. Parking was ample and the pools were close. I would advise renters that there is very little if any private storage in most bedrooms. Although there was enough storage on shelves and a clothing bar, there were no dressers if that is important to you. That is truly the only small negative I found. The Host was exceptional! We had a few small needs early on and they took care of each thing within hours. Even with a big issue with the washing machine that was out of their control, they did so much to compensate and make amends. I would definitely rent this home again!

Great beach house for a family!

We loved this house. It was gorgeous, right on the water and the beach was very quiet. The stores are a bit of a drive and there were a few basic things the house didn't have so we had to go into town a few times. Also wish the beach accessories were accessible, even if there were a fee. Overall, we would stay again!

Beautiful views

This rental had beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was very clean. We had 9 people and had plenty of room! Very short walking distance to the beach. Just keep in mind it does have a lot of stairs.

much nicer than anticipated. Only negatives: VERY loose kitchen faucet and clogged exhaust on dryer (would it really have been that difficult to vent outside?)

Beautiful unit

Wonderful area. House was clean and organized perfectly. Can not think of any improvements needed in the house. I definitely will remember this unit for our next trip

perfectly wonderful vacation

The floors were clean, the bathrooms were clean and the sheets were clean. So were all the dishes glasses and utensils. The kitchen is equipped extremely well with high quality cooking and serving vessels. Great coffeemaker. The house is decorated much nicer and cuter than many other beach rentals we have stayed in. Very tasteful beach decor. Also an incredible library of novels upstairs in MBR. One minor criticism is the ad stated there was a Traeger pellet smoker at this house. There is not. Everything else was excellent.

With just a couple of tweaks, it's a perfect property.

Pros: close to the beach. Secluded area. Very spacious home that is well stocked. We have nothing bad to say about our stay there except a couple of cons. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying there with a family Cons: the mattress in the downstairs bedroom was so hard it's like sleeping on a pallet on a concrete floor. The other mattresses were perfect. That one really needs changing. The sofas are a bit 'sunk in' but not bad. Renters need to be made aware of 2 hidden things we were not aware of that would have been useful to know: the filtered water dispenser is INSIDE the fridge. In a nice home like that it was odd there was no water dispenser. We found that the day we were leaving. There are no built-in USB charging ports. HOWEVER, we later found some extensions that were added to accomodate USB charging. They're dangling behind the bedside table that the lamp sits on. Again, highly recommended to stay there. We plan to stay again next year and hopefully that downstairs bedroom will have a better mattress. We comfortably housed 5 adults and 2 small children.
