10 outta 10 amazing stay. Place was beautiful, even better than the description. Everything was so close. Amazing location!!! Right on the beach. Only need to walk about 5-8 minutes or so. There was a gorgeous place to sit and watch the sunset every night. I can't say enough. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay! 7 adults, a 9 yo and a 3yo. The house was perfect for us. We each had our own space while gathering in the common areas. The kids loved "the hot pool" It's a quick walk to the beach. There's even a short cut for the daring ones. The sunset look out was a great place to meet neighbors. The walk to Handel's let us think we could have hot fudge on our ice cream, yum! This is a great place for anyone who wants the beach, quiet and luxury.

This is an amazing property for a big group and super close to Tamarack beach. House is well equipped with beach gear-chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, sand toys, etc. We loved the hot tub and fire pit for gathering after busy beach days and adventures. Kitchen is well equipped and we ate at the house most meals. Beach is close enough to go back and forth during the day for food or naps for littles. We had 8 adults and two small children and had plenty of room and space for everyone. Communication was great and accommodations generous-lots of bath and beach towels, board games to play, and kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

House was everything we needed for our family. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach equipment and great communication with property manager. Only minor complaint is for the price of the rental we expected better beds, all were low quality mattresses.

Hi Todd, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review! Regarding the mattress, we intentionally selected a firmer profile to ensure our guests have a supportive sleep surface that promotes good back health during their stay. We hope you otherwise enjoyed the ocean access and your time at the house! Nelly and Neal

Wonderful Beach House

The home was perfect for our family weekend get together. Five spacious bedrooms and an abundance of living space made this a very comfortable stay for us all. We easily made the short walk to the beach several times and enjoyed hearing the sound of waves throughout the night. Excellent accommodations and terrific hosts!

Great location and hosts!

Strong communication throughout with the hosts so there were no surprises. The location is amazing right across from the beach with a great view of sunset. Lots of little amenities within the house showing the amount of thought and care put in for guests to maximize stay. The place is very spacious as we had 9 in beds (6 adults; 3 toddlers), and one in a pack and play, and we all had plenty of space. Highly recommend for those going to Carlsbad.
