Welcome to our beautiful modern studio in the gorgeous Origins at Seahaven Resort. Just minutes from Pier Park, across the street from the emerald green waters and shimmering white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently remodeled and updated studio offers 1 king bed, full pull-out sofa bed, mini kitchen,1 bathroom. Resort where amenities are all part of the low rates including a Fitness Center, HUGE Gulf front pool, a Hot Tub, an on-site Market and Restaurant, a Movie Theater, and much more


The ideal location within walking distance to restaurants and the Gulf Aquarium, just across the street from the beach, steps to Sharky's restaurant, Pier Park just a mile away, Pompano Joes, Last Resort, and many more.

Community amenities include a pool, hot tub, arcade room, grilling area, and more - all while admiring stunning views of the ocean.

Please note - a lot of times we have no ability to wash decorative quilts or pillows in the home and they will be removed when necessary.


This modern studio on the 11th floor of the second tower features a spacious open floor plan with one king bed and pull out sofa(full size)
Please do not ask for early check-in, it is completely unnecessary as we let guests in as soon as we can. Check-in time is 4 PM, access will be provided only after a home is ready, not earlier

The entire space is included in this rental.

What we provide: bed linens, bath(4), hand towels (4)and washcloths(4), 2 rolls of toilet paper,1 roll of paper towels, travel size lotion, shampoo, conditioner.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEACH TOWELS, please bring your own. Bath towels or blankets cannot be removed from the condo at any time.


Amenities include private beach access, a grand pool terrace with Gulf of Mexico views, a heated whirlpool, a large communal outdoor gas grill, and dining space, a fitness center, a movie theater, and a kid-friendly arcade game room.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and an on-site coin-operated washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage and outdoor parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.


The studio will perfectly accommodate 4 guests, one family with children or two couples.
The building location is across the street from the beach, guests
allowed to use any amenities of the resort.

If you are new to Airbnb and just created an account you will need to verify your identity, creating a profile doesn't give you the option to book, we will not accept reservation requests with uncompleted profiles and will decline it to have our calendar open.

Please remember that you're staying in our home away from home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.

Absolutely no pets allowed, strictly enforced.

Please send a photo of your ID, as stated in the instructions, which YOU AGREED TO DO when you have made the booking. You may send it via the app, text, or email. NOTE: This is in addition to the photo that you sent to a booking site. If you need my phone number or email address, please let me know; I will be happy to send it to you! Not providing this information BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, will impede your ability to enter the property and could cause a cancellation of your stay. If you are uncomfortable with providing this information, you may choose to cancel the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy as stated in the reservation.

• Please note 10 AM CHECK OUT IS A MUST! There will be a $50 charge on the security deposit immediately for every 15 minutes after 10 AM.
Early check-in or later check-out is an additional $50 per hour, based on availability.

Check-in time is 4 PM

Maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note it is strictly enforced by security. no passes will be provided for extra guests, guests without wristbands subject to eviction by resort security.

If a booking is more than 10 days cleaning is required every 7 or 10 days, the cleaning fee shall be paid in full for each cleaning, no exceptions.

The minimum age for booking is 25.

Absolutely no Pets are allowed, strictly enforced by security.

Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees and removal of the premises.

No subletting, person that made a booking must be present at the check-in and be on the property the entire stay.

Absolutely NO SMOKING/Va-poring/Hookahs, not any kind of tobacco within the premises. NO smoking on the balcony.

No pets, No parties. No more than 4 people are allowed per HOA including children of any age.

. The occupancy limit is 4 people including children of any age.

Quiet time after 9 PM. No parties, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.

Condo must be left in a clean condition, the cleaning fee is only for regular departure clean, there will be charges for any excessive cleaning.
There is no dishwasher in the unit, please wash dishes after yourself, don't put dirty dishes back in the cabinets.

•White linen for personal use only, please do not stain our linen.

•Do not flush anything other than toilet paper, if toilets are clogged due to renters' fault, any plumbing fees will be paid by the guests.

You will forfeit your deposit and be asked to leave for breaking the rules.

Check-in after 4 pm, check out by 10 am.

No commercial vehicles, no trailers, no boats, no signs on the vehicles allowed per HOA.
Only 2 parking spaces per condo are allowed.
Maximum of 2 vehicles - STRICTLY ENFORCED, 1 pass for the main garage and 1 pass for overflow parking next to the main building will be provided.

. Password will not be given for the thermostat. THE minimum AC setting is 70F in the summer, otherwise, the temperature can be adjusted as needed by guests.

.Rental golf carts or scooters are not allowed on the property.

Lost and found: we do try our best to keep everything we find, but we can't guarantee. If items will have to be shipped back to guests, the guest will have to pay for the shipping and additional fee for the service required. To avoid unnecessary expenses please check for your belongings before check out.
