ROSE Holidays offers this charming 35 m² studio located on the 4th floor with a lift, in the peaceful Voltaire Street in Angers. This bright and air-conditioned accommodation offers a comfortable and functional living space, perfect for a stay alone, as a couple or with friends, in a lively and well-served neighbourhood.
Capacity: up to 3 people.
The accommodation consists of:
Living area: a double bed, single sofa bed, television, dining table and storage.
Open kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine (PHILIPS L'OR BARISTA).
Private bathroom: shower, WC, towel dryer, washbasin and towel dryer.
Easy parking, paid and secure at the "Fleur d'eau" car park (5 minutes walk).
Location:
Located in a quiet building with a lift, this studio benefits from a central location, in immediate proximity to shops, transport, and just a few minutes' walk from the city centre of Angers.
-2 mins walk from the Place du Ralliement (heart of the city centre).
