⚠ PET DETAILS: We provide pet-friendly accommodations that allows up to 2 dogs. There is pet fee of $50 per dog per night and additional deposit of $200 per dog. ** Any pets MUST be pre-approved. **

⚠ POOL DETAILS: The diving pool is indeed enormous and infinity edge, therefore, it is difficult to heat. It will not heat above 80 degrees in the winter. If it is raining, it will not heat above 70 degrees. Pool propane will cost $175/day, 4 consecutive day minimum. The hot tub is a snap to heat at $45/day.

⚠ RENTER DETAILS: Minimum primary renter age is 30. $400 additional refundable deposit will be required.
