Willkommen in der modernen dreistöckigen Villa mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Bucht von Zaton. 500 m² Wohnfläche belegen den zeitgenössischen Innenbereich, jede Etage verfügt über einen Balkon oder eine Terrasse. Vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Fenster decken zwei Seiten des Hauses ab und ermöglichen einen spektakulären Blick auf die Adria und die üppige grüne Landschaft mit Pinien und Zypressen. Die Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad befinden sich in den oberen Etagen, während sich die offene Küche, der Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem luxuriösen Sofa und einem Flachbildfernseher im Erdgeschoss befinden, das saubere weiße Wände und schlichte Eleganz bietet. Whirlpool, Sauna, Fitnessecke und Tischtennis stehen ebenfalls zu Ihrem Vergnügen zur Verfügung. Von hier aus gelangen Sie auf die große Terrasse, die zum Pool führt, sowie zum Grillplatz mit Esstisch im Freien. Willkommen in der Villa La Mer. Top Empfehlung

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser herrlichen Villa verbracht. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und alles ist perfekt organisiert. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen entsprechen zu der Realität und besser noch - Es ist noch viel schöner! :-) Einfach traumhaft. Wir waren mit der Familien hier und die Villa eignet sich perfekt dafür. Wir, mit unseren 2 Kindern und deren Familie. Und gerade auch weil die Villa in absoluter strandnähe ist, kann die Lage nicht besser sein. Es ist ruhig aber alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Man kann hier tolle Grillabende verbringen, entspannte Tage genießen oder sich einen der zahlreichen Sonnenuntergänge anschauen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wer es bevorzugt nicht auswärts zu Essen, hat hier alle Möglichkeiten. Ich habe jedes Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer genossen. Dubrovnik und die ganze Region gefällt uns so gut, dass wir im Herbst bestimmt wieder kommen. Leider wird Dubrovnik nur im Sommer angeflogen, echt schade.

Wonderful Villa in Excellent Location

We are a party of 10, being a mix of couples and friends that booked this villa for one week in June. The villa is excellent - all the rooms have ensuites so there's no need to share, the space is fantastic, and the villa is located right near the beach which is a 5 minute walk away. For a night in the town Dubrovnik, is an easy taxi ride away (around 10 minutes). There's plenty to do and see in 30mins-45mins drive from the villa. You can also book a chef for the evening if you don't feel like cooking, Definitely want to come back to this villa again!

First Class Villa

Fantastic luxury villa in Zaton. Very private grounds with fantastic large terrace and pool. Great rooms and facilities. Close walking distance to beach and beach restaurants, fine dining only in Dubrovnik that is just around the corner. Organisation by the owner was really great and he organized for us pick up transportation from airport to the Villa. Thoroughly recommend this Villa.

Amazing Croatia

10 of us stayed in this beautiful and amazing Villa for a week and we absolutely loved it! It was great to have our own space, privacy and especially our own pool. Only a quick walk to the beach and restaurants and a perfect view from the all rooms! Would definitely stay here again! Dubrovnik is a beautiful little place just a bit too crowded during the day - I can only recommend to visit the old town in the evenings.

Incredible country - beatiful villa

This was our first time in Croatia. This villa is located in Zaton really very near to Dubrovnik. . We were five couples and the house was big enough for all of us and offered nice add-ons like the pool, the whirlpool, a beautiful terrace, a wonderful view to the Zaton Bay. The villa was clean, well maintained, well equipped and our host was very accommodating to all our questions.If you are looking for an authentic Croatian holiday experience, away from the touristy areas, this part of Croatia and this villa is a great place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Pero - we will be back again!

Marvellous experience

This place was gorgeous and Ms. Frohlich was such nice to work with! The facilities were brand new and the house was very well maintained. We enjoyed staying at the house to relax by the pool and barbecue -- but also found it so convenient to drive to Dubrovnik which is only 10 minutes away by car.. I would highly recommend this villa and hope I can go back in 2018

Fabulous house - very nice location near Dubrovnik

We had a fabulous family holiday at this villa. There was plenty of room for our two families. The pool was well, the whirlpool and fitness room also :-)) This villa really offered everything we needed. It is very close to Dubrovnik - in walking distance to the beach an a few restaurants. The owner is more than convenient to work with, the agent Ms. Frohlich was also very usefull with tipps where to go and what to do and see while in this area. It is really and extraordinary place for vacation and to enjoy the Croatian sun.

A fabulous villa in an amazing area

We fell in love with this villa from the minute we stepped foot into it. Ten of us total vacationed here for two weeks. We each had plenty of room to relax together or separately in this spacious villa. The villa itself is modern style, open, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. The living room is well furnished for relaxing near the pool and whirlpool.......just a few steps outside the living/dining room door. The kitchen is well equipped for the many meals we cooked,, but we also ordered a chief who made delicious Croatian meals and we tried a couple of restaurants in the area. Dubrovnik is a MUST SEE but very crowded and we were very happy to get back to our villa Every time we came home we were so taken by the beauty and privacy of this villa. Pero is a very good host - who was there for any questions we had. We were sad when we had to leave our new found favorite getaway... We will be back - for sure!

Fantastic villa, great area in a beatiful country

We spent a fantastic week here in the summer and everything worked out perfectly. The villa is located in Zaton, next to Dubrovnik. The villa was spotlessly clean and very modern and everything was new. The pool area with the pool and the whirlpool next to was a highlight for the kids and of course for us as adults. We enjoyed most of our meals outside on the terrace. You have a really simple restaurant next to the house, but we enjoyed the services of the cook you can order. The beach is in walking distance, but you can reach several beautiful beaches also easily by car - pebble beaches as well as sand beaches, the children enjoyed it. I suggest visiting Old Town Dubrovnik, but you should avoid going by car to the very city just to avoid parking hassles. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back to Croatia, for sure, an amazing country.

Moderne Luxusvilla mit jeglichem Komfort

Diese neu erbaute Luxusvilla liegt unweit von Dubrovnik enfernt (10 Minuten mit dem Auto), Dubrovnik absolut sehenswert - wenn auch sehr touristisch und überfüllt. Umso glücklicher waren wir, dass wir diese Villa gefunden haben, nah an Dubrovnik,dennoch weit weg von dem üblichen Trubel - auch im September, d.h. Spätsommer. Die Schlafzimmer sind gross und geräumig, alle haben ein eigenes Badezimmer, was für uns absolut wichtig war. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, aussen gibt es auch Grillmöglichkeiten. Der Pool war für die Verhältnisse in KRoatien wirklich gross, darüberhinaus gab es im Haus noch einen Whirlpool und eine Sauna - und eine Fitnessecke! Der Hausbesitzter war wirklich immer parat für Fragen und Hilfe. Gegen Aufpreis kann man die Weintheke nutzen und die Dienste eines Profikochs in Anspruch nehmen, was unsere Abende am am Pool noch angenehmer machten. Die Villa ist wirklich genial erbaut worden, so dass man wirklich von fast überall einen herrlichen Meerblick hat. Grüsse an Pero und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Extraordinary journey!

Pero was a terrific host and arranged beautiful fruit basket, savoury snacks and welcome drink for us checking in and brought the check-in time forward and allowed us to leave luggage at the villa whilst the changeover clean was complete. We had an issue with drain in one of the en suites and he came along and resolve when we called. The only item that could be changed is purchase a hot tub rather than the lazy boy that’s located beside the pool. The villa is located in a peaceful area and the view is utterly stunning. Zaton is a beautiful quiet area with lovely walks and local restaurants and shops. Our group had a wonderful trip and would definitely return to the villa and area again.

Great stay!

This villa is beautiful. We stayed here as a family of 7 and there was plenty of room. Everything was super clean and the beds were so large and very comfortable . The air conditioning was a godsend as there was a heatwave, even by Croatian standards. The view was incredible. We walked many times down to the bay, where there are many swimming spots and good restaurants. The supermarkets are a bit limited and quite expensive. Villa owner Pero was so easy to communicate with, he even offers private boat trips if you want. We loved our stay - would definitely return and most definitely recommend the villa to anyone.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

No words can describe how amazing this place is. Beyond all expectations. The pictures are amazing but the reality is so much better. Everything was catered for, we asked for a bbq night which the owner sorted at a great cost, and nothing was too much to ask. The views are out of this world from every angle and every room. Location was great for a villa, supermarket and restaurant in walking distance, albeit a steep walk but it didn’t matter. Best place we’ve ever stayed and I will definitely be back if I’m lucky enough in the future!

Major-league holiday!

Basically everything was ok, First day the wifi did not work. Rest of the staying works perfectly, One Door did not open, from sauna to the pool/shower, some problems with lock. Now i suppose it is ok. The bath and ping pong table should be at the pool. Too early check out.

Great stay!

Absolutely amazing!! The best long weekend spent with girlfriends. The villa is unbelievable- wow! The views are insane. Everyone had a great time - so much room! High-end vacation!

This villa is amazing, pictures are beautiful but looks even better in real life. Klaudija was very helpful and responsive and Pero, the host was very friendly, helped us with our transfers to and from the airport and gave us a very warm welcome. Spacious rooms with stunning views, will hopefully be back one day.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The villa was amazing and the view that it looks over picturesque. The villa was a short walk to the two restaurants and two small supermarkets near by. The owner/host Pero was very welcoming on our arrival and always contactable during our visit. Pero also arranged our taxis from and to the airport. If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday Zaton is an ideal place. Klaudija our booking contact was very efficient and helpful.

Special place!

This villa is exceptionally well equipped, clean and spacious. Rooms are huge, furniture and fixtures modern and stylish. It is beautifully located with a simply stunning view. Pero, our host looked after us very well. He was particularly helpful when the air conditioning failed to work for 2 nights. Unfortunately this was on Saturday so the engineer was not able to fix it until Monday. It was very hot, so two guests had to sleep on the downstairs sofas for 2 nights. I understand this might have been caused by the nationwide power cut experienced a few days previously. Pero did all he could but it was pretty uncomfortable as it was very hot! Once mended we had no further issues. Zaton Mali is a nice port/bay with half a dozen restaurants, 2 stand outs for us were Orsan and Kasar. Uber works very well. Recommended.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

What a stunning villa! If you are thinking about booking this villa do it!! Peter was absolutely excellent. He met us at the villa and explained everything. We were taken back by the stunning views and the surrounding area. The pictures don’t do it justice! Amazing, clean & beautiful. We were celebrating my daughters up & coming wedding and Peter had arranged everything we asked for. If you are looking for transfers by taxi to Dubrovnik Uber is the cheapest Also you have to visit Tata,s Burger & cocktail bar as the Burgers were outstanding. This villa is probably one of the most outstanding places we have stayed. We hope to return one day.

Special place!

If your looking for a beautiful, well equipped, fun but elegant villa for family or bunch of friends this really is your best option in Dubrovnik. It in bay of Zaton literally a 7-10 min drive from old town but let me tell you Zaton itself is a beautiful bay with amazing restaurants and I’m a foodie. This place is on the list to return too.
