Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Töpfen für Ihren Hummer und Dampfer, Pfannen, Geschirr, Tassen, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner, zusammen mit einer zusätzlichen Außendusche, haben wir auch 2-Kabel-TV, VCR playerand FREE WIFI Internet. Ein großes Deck für Koch heraus oder einfach nur beobachten den Strand. Schöne Sonnenaufgänge am Strand Seite dann Sonnenuntergänge auf Sumpfseite, man konnte nicht für eine ruhige und entspannende Umgebung zu fragen.

This was the best location we’ve ever stayed. Right on the beach. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Very clean property and excellent and attentive host.

Perfect location with a short trek through the dunes to the beach. House was spotless and well equipped. Tony was very responsive to questions. Would stay here again. My family and dog loved it!

Amazing spot!

This spot was just perfect! The house was super cozy, well kept and clean, and had everything that we needed. The deck in particular was a great spot to hang out- tons of seating and options for shade. The beach was gorgeous- very spacious and quiet. We’ve stayed in many different areas on the Cape over the years and this quickly became a favorite. The owner, Tony, was also great- super communicative, quick to respond to our questions as we got closer to our trip, and just very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here so much!

Amazing location, basic property, responsive host

Loved the location and Tony is very responsive. We booked very late so had to pay a premium. Was ok with that but was hoping for that price we wouldn’t have to pay extra for sheets. Also missing some basics like shower soaps and. Beach towels. No frills simple property with excellent location and views.

Great stay!

House was clean & location is outstanding! Could use some updates & wifi went out during our stay. To be fair, I did not reach out about the wifi, but the host was very responsive when i reached out with other questions. AC in every room is a huge bonus on a hot summer vacation. I could not tell from the listing that the only inside stair from 1st to 2nd floor is a very very narrow spiral staurcase. We also did not use the 1st floor bath much since the shower was dark and tiny. Perfect place for a small family looking for the basics right on the sand.

Mother & Daughter Beach Trip

The location is absolutely beautiful! Every window in the main living area faces the ocean. There is a beautiful dune path down to the beach. You can walk for a couple miles at least in either direction. My 10 year old daughter loved exploring at low tide. The beach & wildlife occupied her all day each day we were there. The house was clean and had a classic Cape Cod vintage feel. Everything was functional. There was an abundance of wildlife all over the nice, quiet beach neighborhood; owls and even a big, bushy-tailed red fox! Even the seagulls at this beach were polite:) The only negative was that the mattresses in the bedrooms on the main floor were very uncomfortable. I think they are probably very similar to the ones that the original pilgrims used in Plymouth. Other than that, A++ all the way! I would definitely rent this house again!

Family Beach Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay at this rental. You cannot beat the location right on the beach. Our 3 year old son really enjoyed the beach at low tide when the sandbar appeared. It was shallow and soft sand to play on. He had a blast finding hermit crabs and shells. The house was well appointed, easy to check in, and the wifi and tv worked well. Our son enjoyed playing with the toys and games too. The only improvement I would suggest is a more thorough cleaning between guests. We could tell that a black dog was there before us… but I used the vacuum and then it was fine.

Lovely yet again!

This is our second year staying at the house -- and it was lovely yet again. Perfect spot for my husband / me, our toddler, and my parents. Very quiet and private. Easy check in and check out process. Put simply: perfect if what you want is a quiet beach week. Tips for other families: The house already has a range of beach and indoor toys, as well as a decent selection of children's books for bedtime reading. There is also a hose attachment on the side of the house but no hose, so if you plan to bring a small baby pool etc then you should bring a hose or plan to take a few trips back and forth with a lobster pot of water! If you venture into Sandwich, we highly recommend the fish hatchery for toddlers. Bring lots of quarters to buy fish food from the dispenser -- our toddler LOVED feeding the baby trout. We came back four or five days in a row. The glass factory was also a winner, but would not be worth a separate trip into town or multiple repeat visits. Great if you're passing by already, though!

We fell in love with Sagamore Beach and the quiet surroundings! Just beautiful! We comfortably enjoyed 7 nights with 5 adults and 2 dogs at this well appointed beach cottage. Easy location close to restaurants, bridge to the cape and activities. Next time we would probably bring a blow up mattress so two people could stay in second upstairs bedroom, a couple sharp knives and bikes! Such a great neighborhood to explore. Looking forward to our next stay!

We spent two weeks at this adorable beach home . If you want to relax and enjoy the private beach this is the home for you!!!! Home has everything you need and then some. Not over the bridge so not a big hassle. Would definitely rent again 👍👍👍👍

Classic Cottage Perfect Ocean View

We have stayed on Phillips Road as a family for a summer vacation week, every year for the past 12 years. This house was one of our favorites! It was a very clean, comfortable house, with a *perfect* view of the beach and ocean from the open-space kitchen/dining/living room! The calm that comes from a view like that is priceless—we could even see in the near distance ships, sailboats, and yachts going into and out of the canal. The indoor flooring and outdoor deck seem to have been recently updated— I noted that the fully fenced and gated deck would be perfect for families with small children. My husband loved surf-cast fishing on the beach! For me, being just a private sandy path away from the beach to sunbathe, swim, read, or look for sea glass was wonderful.

Beautiful Beach Location

We had a nice beach week at this property. This was our first time to rent on a private beach and we really enjoyed the lack of crowds and noise. The water is very calm and the beach very sandy. We loved sitting out on the sand bar at low tide as the sun was setting. There was only one camping/soccer chair so definitely bring your own beach chairs. The owner was very helpful the night the internet went out. We'd tried all the usual things to get it to restart and after a quick call to Tony, it was resolved.

Location location location!

Perfect retreat from the Boston heat for two small families! My husband and I have a 1 1/2 year old and spent a week here with our friends who have a 6 month old. Since this was our first family vacation, we wanted relaxing beach but with the option to pop back "home" to the rental house in case a kiddo was fussy or needed a diaper change. This was the perfect spot! Simple house (I'd say a few steps above "glamping" ... Great layout and some dated finishes but with updates where it really matters like new and very quiet AC). Our toddler loved the direct boardwalk to the private beach (or as she calls it "the road") and the beach itself had perfect sand and no trash like a public beach would, which made it ideal for her to explore without me constantly hovering like I need to in public parks. Easy access to Sandwich (10 minute drive) if you want a lobster roll or fried seafood for dinner. Not a "luxury resort," but if you want quiet and beautiful with the sea at your literal footsteps, could not recommend more highly. For other parents--our baby monitor had reception even with our feet literally in the surf!

Idyllic vista, gorgeous breeze/air, ever-changing colors and hue, mesmerizing window/deck scenes.

The location just can't be beat for visual beauty, beach access, privacy, stillness. The interior of the home, however, does not merit any accolades. It was impeccably clean, and clean everywhere including the main and basements spaces. Big thumbs up IMHO for that. However, functional living furniture was not provided. Three living room couches were spacious, but every one of them was broken, with springs that seemed to have given way some years ago. When you sat on any, and you sank half-way to the floor, and they were not comfortable. This was a definite shortcoming and one which could have been easily remedied one would imagine.
