House comprising 2 gîtes (Gîte 4196 La Sittelle upstairs) Gîte on the ground floor: * Entrance hall opening onto the living rooms: living room including 1 double sofa bed and a fireplace with insert opening onto veranda and terrace and fully equipped open kitchen. * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90*190cm. * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140*190cm. * Shower room. * Separate WC. Terrace with furniture. Parking on the property. Also enjoy the large grounds with garden furniture. Garden cultivated by the owner and chicken coop. Charges included, tourist tax extra. Gîte located at the exit of the village of Belvédère on the Gordolasque Valley road offering privileged access to the Mercantour National Park. Ancient wild glacial valley where preserved nature shelters a rich diversity of endemic flora and fauna visible to the hiker. From the Pont du Countet (12km from the village at the bottom of the valley), departure of numerous hiking trails towards the Nice refuge and the Vallée des Merveilles... Many other hikes possible from Boréon and Madone de Fenetres (20km). .. Also discover the heritage of the surrounding villages of Vésubie, taste local products or relax in Berthemont-les-bains (10 km) in the only Thermal Resort on the Côte d'Azur.
